Sir, I want to know how to contact reliance customer care? *333 says "this route is busy" every time you dial. Its not that its only with my cell phone but all reliance prepaid users in Gorakhpur. I can not even check my balance as *225 says "thank you" every time you dial, what for i don't know but till date i have not been able to check my balance. I am an Reliance prepaid user. Yesterday accidentaly I open security option of my mobile phone & there wrong code enter. Result is there asking for PUK code. I don't know PUK & other codes. So my Que. is " How can I get my mobile's Pin & PUK code ? " My mobile No. is [protected]

Dear sir opening a shop is very easy...but if you dont know how to handle a customer then thats not business & this is what Reliance doing...so please appoint some educated people in your customer care Services who can understand the actual problem of a customer...

I have recharged my prepaid account on 12.5.09 at around 12.30 pm. I have only made a nominal 5-6 local calls & one call to Dubai of 5 minutes duration & my account has gone down to Rs 313.13. I have to check the pulse rate of the calls made through this mobile number in the above mentioned duration.Kindly attend to my complaint at the earliest.

I bought one new internet coneection no. with cdma instrument on 15 Feburary. I am staying in pune and parmanently i belongs to U.P. I have submitted all my documents with a Bonafide letter issued by company(as a address proof) but the reliance web world(near lokmanya hospital) employee did not accept my application. Now they are saying that for activating that no i can submit my landlord's phone bill (landline). And while activating this no they are asking me for extra activation charge and i'll not be entertained with the binifits of the scheme(as per that time i'd get two months free internet facility for activating connection through BUNDLE SCHEME).
So the matter is that why i'll not be entertained with the free facility benifit and whats the need to pay extra payment(250/-). It was not my mistake i had given all required documents with bonafide letter . And the were not accepting bonafide letter issued by company.

Kindly look into the matter and solve it out asap.
