[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile — amount debited frequently

I have got Reliance prepaid connection bearing no [protected],its being defficult to have this connection now because they are debiting a/c with out the reason, many times I have called cusotmer care and they refund after the request it has become practice that frequently I need to cheque balance and need to call customer care it is being irritating, I am requesting you to please stop this practice and dont trouble us for being your customer
