Dear Sir,
I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I have been using Prepaid Mobile No. [protected] of your network. However, I have been facing diverse problems in the same. Some of such problems are detailed as under:
1. Quite often wrong charges are debited from my telephone a/c, e.g, on 31.12.2009,
Rs.30.00 was debited for no services used. There has been several such instances in the past.
2. Despite my repeated attempts I never succeed in connecting to your customer care section through my captioned mobile. As a result I am not in a position to take up my genuine problems/ grievances with them for redressal.
3. Most of the time there is problem in connectivity. Quite often I receive intermittent
connectivity which results into multiple calls for one teletalk.
May I request you look into my above said problems and ensure their redressal lest I am fed up and constrained to switch over to some other network.
I shall appreciate if you please advise me the actions taken with regard to the above.
