[Resolved]  Reliance Prepaid Mobile Service — Wrong charges against Value added services

Greeting.

It is more than 22 days past of my complaint, but no action have taken from the RCom except a Complaint No.(Service Request No.[protected].

Whenever i asked them about this they said it is under process..

Below I am giving you the details of my mail with their reply[protected][protected]>

Hi,

Myself Sandip Nandi. I own a number of Reliance Smart Connection.
The Number is : [protected].

Over a Period of month I’m trying to solve a problem. The details are given below :

On 25/09/2009 : I recharged my a/c with Rs.56.

On 26/09/2009 : I sent an SMS for SP20(250 SMSs, valid for 30 Days). for which Rs.23 was deducted from my a/c but the service was not activated from your end then. So I lodged a complain soon.

On 28/09/2009 : I got the feedback that I have insufficient balance so it was not activated then though the charges for the facility was deducted from my a/c & I had till Rs25+ to spare in my a/c (the service charge is Rs 23).

On 29/09/2009 : Again Rs 20 deducted from my a/c.
On 30/09/2009 : Again Rs 5 deducted from my a/c.
On 2ndor 3rd Oct’09 : Again Rs 5 deducted from my a/c.

For all those above mentioned deductions I lodged several complains(more than 10 times, some Complain Nos:[protected],[protected],[protected] etc.) & and I talked many times to Customer Care Executives & some Senior Executives ( Surya Kanta Mukherji, Avijit Das, Suaman Dutta ) on this issue, I was told then every information I have provided is correct and will be resolved after 5th October, 2009. But the situation remain unchanged. On 30th Oct, I had a talk with your Complaint Dept. Personnel- Rajesh Kumar Rajat (as I was told)in details & lodged again a complain[protected].

But every time I got the same Reply that the amounts are charged correctly against the VAS Pack which I cost Rs.53 (23+20+5+5) in total but the actually should be Rs23.

So Rs 30 has been deducted from my a/c forcibly.

More over, for which facility all the things happened- “The SMS Pack” was not credited to my account. except the fact that I got 30 SMSs (instead of 250) for 1or 2 day(s) (instead of 30 days) and I used 2 of them.

So please solve the issue from your end between10th November’09.
Else I have to register a complain with ‘Consumer Forum’ or TRAI for the same.

sir i take the reliance sim before 7 days. In friday i recharge my account with 50 rs.
then i remove the sim in my cell. After 1 hour i replace my sim in my cell then i see my balnce . my balance is 0.58 paise.
so i complaint in care center.
i talk with himanshu in care center. he ignore me and he cut my phone.
then i redial no. so i failt because he felt my no. in black list.
i decide to complain in consumer court.
i[censored] don't like this so confirm my complain.

Reliance GSM is the most worst in comparision to all the GSM services and there customer care is also inactive, the are failing to service the costumers . I have a number '[protected]' and after submitting my documents for 3rd time they are not able to activate the number and they are sugesting that please purchase a new sim .
