[Resolved] Reliance / Reliance Netconnect USB Modem — Connection Terminated before the stipulated time | |
This Reliance Net connect USB CDMA 1X modem was purchased on 19-09-08. After the free time period i was 1st activated my account with Rs.1099 which is unlimited for one month on 4th of Nov, '08 But my connection is terminated by the provider on & from 27th of Nov, '08. Upon calling Customer care for many times. they are telling me that you have a huge pending balance. Some says to recharge with Rs. 450/- when called another time costomer care told me to deposit Rs. 600/- then Rs.650/- and now telling to recharge with Rs. 901/- by the supervisor of the customer care team. and then only you can use the service How they can charge me if the condition is the "alloted time period" for using the service. I will not be able to connect after the stipulated time but not before. They have not followed the condition for 1 month unlimited which should be active upto 3rd of Dec 08. They have charged me for surfing & free content downloading during this period. They are also denying to provide the details for which i have been charged. IS pending balance is possible for a prepaid user, who 1st pays then uses the service? Was this information helpful? | |
