[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM — Not responding to DND

The balance of Rs 109 (30+30+49) has been deducted from my R-GSM in the name of different services though i never subscribe any of these services. When i told the matter to custome care they blame me for all this. Now i want my money back.
Also its DND( DO NOT DISTURB ) service is not working they are using to cheat the customers through
Sms.
Relince is a cheater and should be punished.

i had sent message to 1909 for dont distrub but actually it does not works.I have a Reliance Smart connection. Inspite of my repeated requests of DO NOT DISTURB (DND) I am receiving calls and sms from the customer care. Two months back many times I sent SMS to 51234 DND.The customer execucutive to implement DND to my cell number [protected]. Till date, no action has been taken by Reliane smart GSM.I think Reliance GSMis least bothered about customer and their problems. I hope Reliance GSM will take up the matter and will stop sending sms and calls from their call centres. ok thank u .

Madhya Pradesh [protected] no. enquiry department is not reply and many time call but no response, not received, and call charges due always of me
