[Resolved]  Reliance Smart GSM — unwanted services activated

Hi,

Unwanted cricket update and other services are activated on y mobile and my brother's mobile also. We never subscribed for those services. And the service providers cut our balance. even if remaining balance is 10 rs they cut 5 rs else if more they cut 30 rs. For heavens's sake tell me the number from wher dnd request can be raised or else deactivate those services. for following nuymbers:--

Reliance GSM Smart — Activation of UNWANTED SERVICES

I'm an old user of Smart gsm (rel. GSM) my mobile no.'s are +[protected] & +[protected],
on 24th may i got an SMS containing " your cicket pack has been activated at a special price of Rs. 5/match day" i never requested for the same to activate this service to any of the system or to any officials they activated this by themselves.
same has occured to my another no. [protected] on 03/06/09 " your RANG RANGEELA PACK has been activated at Rs. 49/30 daysrenewal on 03.07.09" what are they doing is beyond my thinking.
IF ANYBODY CAN HELP ME THEN I'LL BE OBILISED TO THEM PL. HELP ME...

i want to complaint against reliance gsm , Yesterday(7th jan) i check my balance it was 11Rs .
but today when i check my balance it is showing -3Rs. when i contact customer care , they are saying some gita pack has been activated on my request. but i havn't make any request.
please take some action . so that this can't happen in future

In this month(february 1st) also same unwanted service (geeta pack) has been activated . and again reliance customer is saying that" This service has been activated on my request and i have send the code *123*12...#"
but i didn't send any request or code. how can this be possible that two times same such a big code can be entered by mistake. please take some serious action.

Reliance GSM — Unwanted activation of service

Dear Sir/Mam,

Myself Vinay Kudari, filing this complaint on behalf of the reliance GSM customer Mr. Anil Jahagirdar.
Reliance GSM number is [protected].
Unwanted service of My music station has been activated on this number and Rs.30/- has been deducted. This is really ridiculous that reliance GSM deducts the balance frequently for unwanted services.
Kindly request to please take a note of this issue.

Dear RCOMcare,

I had recently recharged Rs.200/- to my number and not even a week has passed my balance reduced to Rs.40/- due to unnecessary deductions. After contacting the customer care i was surprised to know that 3 services are activated and are getting auto renewed without my information.Customer care fellow told that the balance cannot be refunded.
These services are activated on my number without my consent which is really pathetic. I want you to look into the issue.

hi i cannot disclose my phone number publically but even i have complaint againest relaince services. i am also using reliance gsm number but facing the problem that every time i recharge it my balance will get deducted and when i try to call customer care they never pick up the phone.due to this i have not recharged my number from 6 months, and have started using serivces of other service provider. reliance is realy a very bad service provider in terms of balance deduction as well as signal problem.
On 13th Feb, 2012 my balance which was around Rs 30 was deducted in morning. I called to customer care executive he said you are subscribed for “Good Morning Greetings” however I didn’t subscribe for any service to reliance. After one day Rs 30 was deducted repeatedly, I again call to customer care executive and asked him to refund of this amount deducted he talking basely. In night a customer care executive called his personal no “[protected]” and he was talking in high abusing language, aging in morning Rs 5 was deducted in my balance, within two days around Rs 65 was deducted in my balance.
