IN FACT I SENT A MESSAGE ON 06/02/11 TO DEACTIVATE SUCH SERVICES. STILL IT HAS DEDUCTED RS 30 IN MARCH AND AGAIN ON12/04/11 IT HAS DEDUCTED RS 30 UNNECESSARILY. I HAVE COMPLAINED AT 198 WHERE A BUNCH OF STUPID BOYS ARE ATTENDING WHO COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION TO MY GRIEVANCE. NOW I AM MOVING TO TRAI AND CONSUMER COURT BECAUSE SMART SERVICE IS EARNING A HUGE SUM OF MONEY AT THE COST OF THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS.
