[Resolved] Reliance Smart Gsm Service — unnecessary services provided without taking prior permission from the customer | |||
Hi this is naveen I am annoyed by the services which the reliance Smart providing regarding L20 service. I do not know how they activate the service. Let us suppose that I accidently subscribe the service, but after one month when the period of renewal came then I contact with customer care in Satna personally because there is no reply when I call on [protected] which is a customer care number of reliance Smart GSM Service, so many time I tried to contact, but their line always come busy. I would like to request that plz try to solve my problem because the service charge of L20 service is Rs.30/- per month before renewing this service if the Reliance Smart gave me message regarding the subscription or unsubscription "whether I want to renew the service" but they instead of informing me about renewal before the date of subscription they directly without my prior permission renew the service. Plz do urgently because last date of renewal is 28.09.2010 before this kindly unsubscribe my L20 Service

this is kapil singh khenwar i m a smart customer since 9 months my smart no. from maharstra but since 3 months i m staying in mp bhopal so i used a night pack
my smart night pack was expired on 25 of dec. so i renew the pack but i dint get any kind of activation i was rechrge of 69 rs so plz do me a needful satisfaction unless i swithc the smart service

dear ma'm/siri lost my cellphone and so is the sim card and somebody is texting me and bad mouthing me and i want to block the sim card the number is [protected] please block it as soon as possible.
