[Resolved]  Reliance Smart — regarding missed call alert activation and CRBT activation

Reliance — Activate miss call alert without request

I am a Reliance GSM customer. My Mobile number is [protected]. On Jan 26th without my request, company activated Missed Call Alert service for Rs.15/- in my phone. When I complainted the above issue at customer care they deactivated the service but didnt refund the amount. Since the service was activated without my request I would like to be refuded. Please do the necessary. thanking you in anticipation.

I am using reliance (smart) service ...
They have activated Color Ring Back Tone (CRBT)...and when i deactivated CRBT then they re-activated CRBT service after some days and DEDUCT MONEY ILLEGALY WITHOUT MY request for CRBT service..

i want to stop this services because. they have given a no. and and said that u have to write unsub and send that message to that no..when i trying to send that message 'message not sent try again later' MSG is coming.i have tried it almost 40 times...customer care number is always busy .even they dont take the call.. [protected] is my mob. no.
Plz Delete this tone from my mobile and retune my money..

plz deactivate CRBT service and refund money of my Mob No.[protected] which is activated with out my consent.

I'm Reliance CDMA prepaid customer.My mobile number is [protected].The company has activated missed call alert without my request and now i'm losing money from my recharge balance.pls deactivate this and kindly return my money and pls don activate this kind of money losing alerts on my phone...
