[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Mobile — no network since 3 days

It is the third day that mobile is not working, there is no network in any of my smart mobiles neither yhe help lines can be called to tell the problem . there is on sence of resposibility for providing a good service to the customers, if the same senario continues I feel that you will lose all youer users. Hopefully this mail would be read and steps would be taken to solve the problem a.s.a.p. It is very sad to say that the serivce i sellected is so very poor . take care that you resolve things quickly .

I completely agree with Shivani.I think it has been a mistake buying the reliance connection. I regret having selected it. It has been three days since my phone has also stopped working and the customer care can't be reached either. The connection is not even a fortnight old and it has started giving me troubles. I think Reliance Smart should do something about their "lousy" service.

I HAVE REGISTERED IN DO NOT CALL REGISTER FOR MY MOB NO [protected] OF RELIANCE SMART 06 MONTHS BACK. BUT I AM RECEIVING PHONE CALLS FROM [protected] FOR BUYING INSURANCE PRODUCT. HOW CAN I STOP IT?
