[Resolved] Reliance Smart Prepaid — complain regading sms & network problem | |
dear sir, with reference to above subject i would like to inform you that i am facing network problem relenace samrt prepaid service and i also like to inform you that when i SMS any one that message is always in outbox the message never send to the person but the charges has been deducted from my account, all staff of my company is facing same problem in siliguri, west bengal my no. [protected] so our company is decided to surrender all the reliance sim if no action is taken within 15 days Anil Agarwal [protected] CEO MLA GROUP NARENDER AGARWAL [protected] RAJESH AGARWAL [protected] RAJESH AGARWAL ii [protected] VIJAY KUMAR AGARWAL [protected], [protected] SIKHA AGARWAL [protected] our 52 staff is facing same problem now everybody decided to surrender the sim if no action is taken we have also given written complain to your company at SF road kalpara siliguri but action was taken once again i remind you that if no action is taken the whole company will surerender the sim Was this information helpful? | |

I have been a customer of SMART since AUGUST 2008 but due to the exterme problems it's getting difficult to continue with this.Please check for these at the earliest possible & do the appropriate:-
1)Extreme network problem in Durgapur (West Bengal) specially for STD calls:-
a)Unable to hear the person being called mostly on std calls between 4:30p.m. to 11:30p.m.
b)Ringing sound on call connect not heard in STD calls specially on making calls on RIM numbers.
2)Roaming problems:-
a)Unable to make calls on local RIM numbers while roaming in Jharkhand.
b)Irrelevant call charges for fixed line BSNL numbers at Rs.2/min while in roaming in Jharkhand.Two
complaints were made but none were processed.
3)Customer care executives cut the calls in between (something not happening with any operator)
without hearing to the problems.

I bring to the kind notice of various concerned authority regarding facing problem in sending sms to BSNL number from RIM Post paid and RIM pre-paid for more than 20 days in Ranchi.Due to this problem I are unable to send sms to any number of BSNL.As a customer I can expect both companies work together to sort out the problem at the earliest.
