[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Prepaid — Unauthorised balance debit

3 days before at about 5:20 am, my reliance mobile prepaid provider made unauthorised debit from my balance. After frequent trial for about 90 times, reliance GSM customer care didn't respond my call. Such a bad thing that, even i informed its Talcher dealer, in reply they told, they are also facing the same problem without solution. They told they are also not happy with their own company and can not do anything regarding refund o[censored]nauthorised debit. We must wait 36 hours maximum and wait for solution, after which i will be forced to go for legal action. Hope this complaint be fruitful.

There were few Value Added Services which were activated on my mobile. when i went to my nearest Web world they said we can only unsubscribe all the services currently on my mobile and cannot refund my balance. i then called 198 where my call was unnecessarily transferred to higher & higher departments without any results. i have to tell the complete situation to each and every person to whom my call was transferred. At the end they put all the blame on me that i have activated all those services although I didn't.

I was saying this to person on the other end and he simply disconnected the phone.

This is highly disrespectful on reliance part.

My Reliance GSM No. is [protected]. A days before at about 11:00 pm, my reliance mobile prepaid provider made unauthorised debit from my balance. After frequent trial for about 90 times, reliance GSM customer care didn't respond my call. Such a bad thing that, even i informed its Bhopal dealer, in reply they told, they are also facing the same problem without solution. They told they are also not happy with their own company and can not do anything regarding refund o[censored]nauthorised debit. This is the third time in 2 months that such an immoral action has been taken by the company. There should be a limit to such actions and something must be done against the people involved in such scams. Is there any other way than to shift from this network
