I have taken reliance postpaid connection 8 months ago, but due to some reasons I want to deactivate the number i.e., [protected] i have given application with all documents for deactivate number in surbhi reliance business office in kankarbagh, patna on date-26/06/2012 but my phone number is not closed yet. I requested to deactivate this number several times through customer care, but every time they come up with strange and different answers ( they are not help full or educated to serve customers).
I am not using this number from two months.so I request you to close this number immediately.

1) I have connected the reliance post paid sim during my stay in Jammu for a course of one year thats from November 2011 to November 2012 before leaving the state i inquire regarding the deactivation of sim than the customer care told me that we can deactivate the sim from any state of India, with that assurance i used the Sim for a week and paid the bill with sincerely after reaching back home i ask the customer care to deactivate but they told me that the sim can not be deactivate from other state, and the sim card is still with me with out using since november second week
2) I have spoken and requested many time to the customer care service to deactivate my sim as i was really busy with my course at a same tme
3)presently i m residing in srilanka for a year of course and can not come back to Jammu for deactivating the sim my post paid no was [protected]
i'll be very thank full to you if you can help out my problem in deactivating my no as at presently m still receiving the bill in my email id...

Dear sir;

Deactivating Cdma sim to GSM POSTPAID.

My brother was using Relaince CDMA postpaid from last 4 years (Mobile No :[protected]). Now her service has been stopped without any notification.
When I have contacted my local Reliance Customer care (At SALEM BRANCH) they notify me that there exist document verification problem. So, this mobile no was corporate office tye up no, i need to repalace this number indudial my proof.
But still my service has not been resumed.
When I recontacted the same mobile number they declared your problem

her was in salem, tamilnadu 4 years ago but now her totally settled in reliance general insurance company.
Will my problem will get solved . To change (which has become my Identity).

This is complaint for no. [protected]. This mobile number belongs to my father . His Reliance Mobile got stolen and. We requested for the deactivation of the card. To our horror the number has still not been deactivated till now and is being used by some unscrupolous people [this we found out by accident when someone called on my fathers no. and it was received by some person who was using very abusive language]. Kindly help me to see that the number is deactivated with immediate effect so that these people don't use it for some wrong purpose.
