[Resolved] Reliance Telecom — indifferent attitude to resolve complain & rude behaviour of Reliance custumore care executive mr Joshua | |
Sir/Madam I have been using relaince Prepaid Connection. my Number is [protected]. On 6th & 22nd April Rs. 10-12 were deduced from my account. on enquiring with Reliance customer care I was informed that money was deducted for using my music station. I informed them that Ihave not asked for any such services. They noted my request & I was given complaint number ( No.[protected]. Within 2 days I received SMS from [protected] stating that I have not subscribed for my music station. But my money was not refunded. I again called reliance customer care & I was given another complaint number[protected]. There was no response to this complaint from Reliance. I again phoned them & I was shocked to hear that they closed down the complaint without resolving it. I again phoned on 27th April & spoke to their senior executive mr. Shakeel for nearly about 40-45 minutes & he promised that the complain would be resolved in 72 hours and was given another complain number 67692606. But even at the end of 72 hours my money was not refunded & the complain was not attended to. I again phoned reliance customer care & spoke to another senior executive Mr Joshua. He was very rude & careless on hisapproach to my grieviances. He told me that if you want your complaint to be rsolved & want the money back I will have to keep on calling again & again it.
