Reliance Telecom — handset not working

dear sir/mam,
this is to inform you that my handset of reliance {landline}model no.reliance classic is not working properly from the last 1 month, due to this a complaint has been lodged from me thrice to the customer care
but, up till now no has came to repair or change handset inspite og giving me time of 5 days everytime.i want that a serious action shoul;d be taken against it.
