Automatic Activation of VAS Sir, Reliance has activated some value added services on my telephone no. [protected]. When I noticed my balance reducing, I contacted their customer service centre where i was informed that Alt voice pack was active on my phone. Since I had not requested for the same, I wrote to the company. The reply given by the company is as under: "Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Reliance Customer Care. With reference to your e-mail regarding balance deduction issue for your Reliance GSM number [protected], please note that as per details checked in our system "AltVoice" pack was activated through Outbound dialer mode. Since the dispute is beyond 48 hours, you are not eligible for waiver." I fail to understand how we can ask the company to refund the deduction when we have neither activated the scheme nor are we informed when the deduction is being made.
