Dear Sir, I have recharged my mobile ( [protected]) for Rs. 60, But on next day when i have checked my Mobile balance it was low, i have already log complaint in costumer support. My transaction conformation as per AXIS bank given Transaction Date 11/02/2013 Transaction Amount INR 60.00 Transaction Type DR Transaction Description ICONN/65841410/110213/AXIS MOBILE RECHARGE My Reference No given by Reliance Customer Support "Service Request ID[protected]" but still i have not recv. my amount. I want my money back or my balance should be credited soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
