[Resolved]  Reliance USB internet — Miselling / Incorrect Charges/ Not approving refund when the services is not being Used

Below is My entire Mail history sent to RCOM / Nodal office / Appalette Authority and SALES rEPS.S who have till date not sent me a Single E mail .

I was a user of reliance Data card services, Siddarth A ASARPOTA, With Billing account #[protected] Tel #[protected] .

I had purchased this datacard connection on 26/04/2008 via your sales rep, Mr Uttam Sarmalkar Emp code - FWP 0633 from the BKC office with the understanding of availing the service for 2 months free and after that 999 Unlimited.

My receipt cum acknowledgment # [protected] clearly states my tariff 999 unlimited after completion of 2 free months service.

this service was a pathetic service which i regret now of investing my money in. for 2 months free usage i had to strugle getting a basic speed to data services calls to the call center did not help much due to the appalling service being provided at times i lost my cool and i was rude.

there have been false promises made due to which i have to run around now.

when called the call center to check my tarrif once after Struglling and completing 2 months they said it would be a Basic tariff for 650 per month & when i informed them i was told some other tarrif i was asked to call the same person who sold me this connection.

when i called mr Girish on [protected] he asked me to call Miss Kavita on [protected] who assured me the tariff i was told 999 unlimited would be provided to me, However again when i called the call center to inquire if i was on a correct tariff to avoid any charges later i was shocked to hear there is no mention about the tariff and also moreover they said there is no such tariff i can get or be given.

On 10 Jul 2008 08:43:50 +0530 = I wrote a E mail to Mr Shyam - Stating - As discussed with you about my entire issue, I am fwding you my mail as requested for further action.

When i last spoke to the call center on Tuesday, to my surprise they told me that there is a tariff change request but it cant be processed as the 999 tariff is not for individuals & that THEY WILL NOT CHANGE THE TARIFF & I CAN DO WHAT I WANT & ALSO TAKE IT UP IN A LEGAL COMPLAINT.

Girish still assures me that i can use as much as I want to & that the tariff will be changed. Also, after speaking to you we have mutually come to a decision that I would continue to use the unlimited tariff & incase of high bills, Girish would be personally liable to pay them off, hence I would not be calling any one further on for this as it is a pure waste of time & would use unlimited internet, also I will not pay any additional charges incurred due to your people's mis-selling.

Once again i have to Bring to your notice the way my complaint is being delt.

since my 1st e mail to you all i have not received any e mail correspondence back i.e since 10 July 2008. apart from verbally talking to Mr meghyam sonawane, who has been following up with me on telephone all throught till 20 sept which also is on all calls made by me to him, otherwise i think i am being ignored with my complaint.

i have today received a Bill for rs 1367 Dtd 8th Sept 2008, to my surprise after being told by mr shyam that my invoice would be zero balanced and accont closed to my surprise it was just a addition to all lies that is being told to me about the sale of the Modem.

i was assured by Mr Shyam, that my account would be dissconected which is not yet done as i got this checked after speaking in your call center Complaint no 76342402.

would request you all to please take notice of my situation and provide me a resolution from this issue.

i am feedup now trying to chase for my own money Rs 2200 for which i was cheated by your sales Rep's mr Girish / Mr Uttam and now finally by Mr shyam also who to an extent it seems is now only trying to resolve by his promises/assurances.

Would request you all to go through the Below mentioned Mail in detail to the end to understand my problem and time being wasted to provided me a Resolution.

i am disappointed customer who having trust in the reliance name has lost interest in using the service also have incurred a loss of paying for a service which i am struggling to enjoy.
