Hello there,

I have been harrased by Reliance RCOM in the same way i have got the same SMS to be present at pune court on the 22nd i called them up and explain my plight and the way reliance had been cheating me since the day i took there broaband connection i used to pay 2000 rs permonth for their high speed connection but the surfering speed was only 40 kbps in the end i got so frustrated i told them take your device and go im not using it. The Reliance person came to my place after a month to take his device and said "Sir u need to pay for this month" i told him i havent being using it still he insisted to pay 2000 bucks this was about 3-4 years back. Now they claiming the same amount from me and threating me to be present in court without a legal notice ? is that even possible can i lodge an FIR against that SMS using it as an evidence. Im really tired of the way they have been harrising me. Any help greatly appreciated.

Reliance Broadband — Harrasement for payment

Hi,

This mail is in reference to Broadband Account nUmber:[protected].This account has been terminated in December-2008 & I have made the full&final settlement with your executive who came to my house in January-2009,your executive also gave me acknowledgement slip for that and said it will be updated in your database.Your engineers have also taken all the intruments from my house.

Now I get the notice from your recovery agency after 14 month that Rs.3711 is outstanding on this account.I have already done full&final settlement with your executive to whom I gave cash and he gave the acknowledgement then how come after14 monthe you again send me outstanding bill.

Please check your bills and mind it that I wont pay single penny for it.In the month of december I have opened 4 tickets over this issue.Check your database ,update it before sending information to your recovery team.I spoke to monica/call centre executive and she was not to listen over it.

Reliance WiMax Broadband — No Connectivity

Hi,

Please note that my Reliance Wimax connection is currently with no connectivity since last 3 days. I have tried calling customer care, but in vain.

Could you please look into this issue urgently as I have my exams from Monday and I can't access my internet?

This is in reference to my long disconnected BAN NO [protected] under the name of Jose George Purekal.

I had been a user of Reliance Wimax broadband connection which was installed by my earlier company, however after leaving the company I still continued the connection
And was a loyal payer of approx. 2000/Rs every month over a period of more than one year.

The Wimax connection started getting very poor results and I used to hardly get a browsing speed of 40 kbps even after continuing to pay 2 grans every month.

I had raised close to 50 complains about the slow connection however no respite and was suffering with a slow connection for a very long time.

In the end I decided to disconnect the line and filed a complaint with your technical team to take your device modem/router and disconnect the same, however the regarding team came to my place over a month later and disconnected it then.

In the mean while I never used the line or rather could not due to my ongoing speed issues. The technical team who came to my house demanded to pay a month’s charge cause it was their mistake
As they had come late to disconnect my line. I refused to pay 1942 at that time.
Today to my surprise after 3 years maybe more I have been getting threating/harassing SMS everyday as below :
“After repeated follow-up you have failed to pay Rs.1942 Vide BAN NO [protected] Hence be present at Pune Court on 22nd Call [protected] for queries”

I called that number and they are pretty upfront and rude I have asked them to send me a legal notice haven’t received that either but I have been harassed with these SMS.

Sir…paying that money is not a big deal for me considering where I am today but tell me why should a Indian common man be harassed this way even after 66 years of Independence ?? If something is wrong it is wrong isn’t it ?

May the amount be 1 thousand or 1 lakh but if I have suffered with the connection and your team has come late when I raised the request to disconnect at the start of the month why should I bear
the burnt.

Requesting you to please take this concern of mine and hoping I would not be harassed or threatened anymore in the future.

Note : I have gotten feedback that your services have drastically improved over a period of time and was considering to take a lease-line for my team however my views have now changed.
