[Resolved]  Reliance/Data card — post paid to prepaid

i want to my post paid number to prepaid and i have complaint to reliance web world in our service outlet six times in three months .but he is not doing .in first month he is saying clear your bill i have pay 330 rupees to clear my bill .but my number not convert to prepaid.after that i complaind to customer care.after second month he saying clear your bill 380 rupees this time your number is definatly change to prepaid.i have paid 380 rupees.but my number is not changeafter ten days i complant to costomer care but he says pay your unbill amount i have pay 222 rs but my no. is not change my no. Reliance/Data card — datacard services terminated

dear sir,
we have purchase the data card long time back and with that purchase we have given all the documents with it. bymistake the adress mentioned in ur data was ur residence than immediately we put up the request to change the adress and at that time was informed that it has been done but next bill genrated and was send to ur residence again and again we inform them this happened for more than 3 times and than atlast nothing happened after 3 months reliance bombay ofice called up and inform me about the payment and that time also we informed them to send it at ur office adress and the executive came and collected the cheque and after that ur services are still termintaed and we approch the customer care they says that it has been barred out so it cannot be activated
then we called up the executive who has collected the bill since from last month he is committting us that we will get it activate the same for us and nothing is happening rather than makeing us fool
he also says that i am getting it done through my personel relation but i doent understand for what the personel relation when i am paying the entire amount for what he has to an favour for me. it is his duty to get it activated.
up till now i have heared from other sources that the reliance services are horrible but i didnt believe it as such such a well reputed company are nerver in to such type of practise but now i realize that company like reliance also follow such negative practise and are in to fraud and cheating

I have completed all the Norms but still My Internet Connection have not been Up even after Instisting several times .There Representative also not giving Proper Resonse for Call .
Even after calling several times and Vising the Reliance office they are not ready to tell reason why Connection is not yet ready .

Since they have start Charging As i have Done first call from the System on 14/06/08
Plz take necessary Action .

Reliance/Data card — Reliance Datacard not working..got dues

Hi,

I bought Reliance Datacard in the month of November.I am staying in Avadi in Chennai.The Data Card was very slow.To navigate from one page to another page it took 3mins minimum.I complained to the customer care and they told that in one week time it will be sorted out.I waited for 3 months and I kept paying my dues.After March still the problem was not sorted and again I raised the complaint on March 22 and did not get much response.I did not pay my March month due and the connection got cancelled.On April 25 I got a call from Bombay office for asking me what is the issue.I told them that now the connection itself does not exist . May month I am getting a bill for 3 months due for data card.
I already have 2 reliance mobile connection also where I am regularly paying the bill.
Now the Reliance Collecting Agent is torturing me .Already I lost 2800 Rupees for purchasing the set and kept paying my monthly dues for 5 months.Please let me know what should I do.I can settle the balance 1500 Rupees amount that is pending blindly but it really pains.

Reliance/Data card — for disconnect the data card no. 9355726044

Dear Concern,

I bought the data card ([protected])last 5 - 6 months from Ambala, currently am working in Sonipat and given the application for disconnect the datacard on 5 july 09 but reliance webword always refuse to take my request and guide plz give the same in Ambala bcz we are not authorised to take the request in sonipat. Now this is not possible for me for give the application in Ambala town. if my no. not disconnected by your company then why i will pay your bill for last two months. Where is mention you disconnect your data card there only where you purchased the same. plz look in to and revert me.

Sub:- Regarding Network card termination and unnecessary problem created by your staffs. net card No.[protected].

Sir,
I have purchased a post paid connection as well as net work card from your centre. Due to non satisfaction of service, I have closed my post paid connection and I have lodged complaint to close net work card. due to slow net work vide customer voice form No.1927(copy Enclosed) Dated 14.3.2009. Due to non improvement of net work again I have approached your center for termination of net work card, on 6.4.2009. The staffs in your centre asked me pay the charges up to that period for termination/full settlement. Accordingly I have completed requisite formalities and paid balance amount of Rupees 330/- (Rupees Three hundred thirty) vide OTC15013,

After that I have not received neither any enquires nor any bills from your centre related to the net card. From last week on wards we are getting so many calls from centre for make further payments for disconnected net work card. Further on 22.09.2009. Two staffs from your centre came to my residence and asked me to make payment for disconnected net card otherwise we have to face lot of problems in future. I have explained all the matter to them and showed the last payment receipt.

In this connection. I am once again informing you that I have made payment of Rs 330/- to wards the full settlement of net work card. And this payment amount was calculated by your staffs itself and necessary procedure was completed before making payment. After that I have not received neither any bills nor any correspondences in this regard.
There fore you are requested to kindly inform your staff’s member not make any further Inconvenience to the consumer/undersigned. In our side there was no fault. I hope that I may not get any problems in future from your centre.

They are still sending me bills even after i have deactivated the card, every month they tell me to pay o/s bills and fill forms and nothing happens, and also people come to my house...

I will take Reliance to Court if you don't stop such Practices
