Reliance/Data card — cheating

Am Rit Parshad Rai, staying at Wazirabad Village, North-Delhi... I just want to share something that is pinching me from my inside.... The matter is about 2 and half weeks ago I contacted a person from reliance for data card for my laptop, and he came to my home and showed demo of product, he took Rs.330/- as activation charge and said that he will come back himself or will send somebody right next day with data card. But he just vanished from that day on. When I tried to call him in his ph. ([protected]) started make some excuses. About after a week I visited reliance's website and fill up a form for data card, and they sent a marketing personal to my door and now am using it. I paid for data card and activation (Rs.3100/-).
Today when I called that 1st one who had taken Rs.330/- from me already and ask to pay me back my Rs.330/-, he said he is not going to pay back it, instead he started abuse me...
Here... Somebody who works on behalf of a reputed company like reliance, how he can cheat their customer so openly? Am offended so badly!!!
