[Resolved]  Reliance/NetConnect — not getting life time validity and 1st month facility

i had purchased relince net connect/ lxu 800 device on 10th of july. the vendor has given me 99 rs gsk ndand recharged with 299 er and said me your data card is on life time validity and you can sur[censored]nlimted for the first month. but yet i have not got the benifit and facility. my card is not on life time validity.at least 20 times i had call to customer care.they just transfer my call here n there and no solution has made. my data card no is [protected]. i m resident of gaya(bihar) . i m really frusteted with your customer care. this is the first time i m using your service n i never feel such a bad experience before.this is my fault that i had purchased your product. i never suggest my relative, friends and colligue to avail your service. pls tell me what should i do.hope at least you can solve my problem
