I was having a post paid Data card of Reliance company.just 8 months back i have terminated their connection due to bad services.

Now 1 week ago i was having an emergency to work from Hyderabad location for my company.so i decided to use reliance pre paid data card for it and have converted the postpaid to prepaid plan.They took 200 rs for activation and 255 rs for recharge.

NO RESPONSE FOR SERVICE

I am using reliance net-connect plus withe no.[protected].My plan has fair usage policy of 10GB after which my original speed (3.1 mbps) is lowered to 230.4 kbps and theen restored by after completion of my monthe which is 7the of every monthe but today is 13the of January and my speed is still 230.4 kbps. not able to connect

wrong billing plan

sir,

I have purchased netconnect of reliance two months back and selected the silver and gave all the documents required by the company. The executive of company has harrased me at initial stage before activating my connection. After my one week unnecessary excercise they activated the same.

On my first billing they issued me first bill for fifteen days which was not as i selected the plan and shown wrong name...

Wrong plan for billing

At the time of new connection of netconnet i have applied for plan of Rs.950-200=750 for one year. But i recieved my first bill (for first 15 days) which shows my plan of Rs.1100/-. configuration and no hsd connectivity

i have brought a modem in guntur (a.p) after hearing that hsd support avaialble in my town

but then i am not able to connect to pc as there are some configuration settings
which are not working and absolutely no network in hsd mode
