Reliance/NetConnect — Wrong plan for billing

sir,

At the time of new connection of netconnet i have applied for plan of Rs.950-200=750 for one year. But i recieved my first bill (for first 15 days) which shows my plan of Rs.1100/-. After communicating with the reliance office they corrected the same and assured me to not repeat in future. Now i have received my latest bill for Dec 2010 to Jan 2011, the same problem is repeated now.Please correct my billing plan in your records and issue me fresh bill as early as possible for furthe payment purpose.
