Dear Sir,
About a year back i was issued a temporary card by RelianceOne card no. is [protected]. I have still not received the permenant card.I buy regularly from your outlet in Sama. Last time i wanted to know the points your representative told me my card is hot listed. what does it mean ???. my card was never reported lost nor given to any body.
Pls. let me know amount of my purchase and the points to my credit ASAP and reply on above e mail.

RELIANCEONE — Unsolicited SMS's
Last year after having filled in the application form; little did I imagine the extent of irritations that would follow, afterwords. I receive an average of 2 unsolicited SMS's from RelianceOne everyday and although I objected to this and asked for deletion of my number; little has changed.This is a serious intrusion in individual privacy and sane people in this company should see through this and prevail. I must have my name & my mobile number deleted and don't even need any card, memberships or any othe rkind of associations from them, since these carry a heavy load of irritations with them
