I am working in UNINOR MSC (Kolkata Circle) as an OMCR Engg. My Job Details are Given Below

When I join the Job I got Rs. 9,300 in hand (when PF account not activated). After activating PF account I got Rs. 8776, and then PF Amount increase and I got Rs. 8497 in hand (Current salary) through HDFC bank Account ([protected]). I have 1 year 06 Month working Exp. But my salary decrease gradually. I already informed my higher authority by they don't any action. We don't get Salary Slip from Company Website www.raspl.in previous 03 Month. Please take action about the problem.
