[Resolved]  Rim — Wrong Deduction of Money from my Account

wrongly deducted money from my A/c.the customer care say that u activated this service but i didn't activate that type of service .this is happen once in month when my balance is more then that service. the cuatemer care says that our system shows that u activated the service my msg but i didn't send any msg?

My self Rahul kumar sinha, i have been using Rim Mobile ([protected]) against my father name Mr. R.B.kumar. Since from last three months ie. April - May and even in this current month June, company has been deducting 30 Rs. from Accont balance on recharge. I am not getting why company deducting the amount because i didn't taken any value additon voucher and dialer tone facility.
Thus i want to know if comany deducted the amount than give the reason for deduction and if no reason than stop deducting and back the previous deductable amount as soon as possible and please answer my complain.

RIM Classic — deduction of money

In my mobile no. [protected], there is problem a prevailing since last 1 month of continuous decution of Rs.1 per day. I have lodged complaint with the customer care service and they assured me with immediate stopage of this deduction but no posititive result could come so far. I want immediate stopage of this deduction .
Regarding activation
I have been taken a new CDMA connection pay per second yesterday at 7 pm. but not activated yet, while i submitted necessary document (ID, address proof and a photograf) so i requiest to youe please activate my number as soon as possible, Name: Mahmood Khan

Its very usual response from RIM customer service, they dont have manner to talk or they might be instructed by their supervisors that no way agree with customer remarks and keep uttering the same record "system showing you activated so you must have activated the service i[censored] want u can deactivate" they will irritate you with their rude reply.RIM is looking for generating revenue by charging customers falsely using these tricks! Shame

I had complain against my wrong deduction of money on 19th of May 2011 but till now I did not get any proper response from any one of your customer service executive.I had call around ten times to customer service desk but but no positive response received from "Rim customer service executive".As I am from Kolkata, I wrote a mail regarding my problem to Rem. Nodel officer of Kolkata "Miss Dola Bose" but after my first mail I got a responding mail and a call from her but after that I send her three followup mail but as I mentioned previously no response from your end.Please help me.

DEACTIVATION OF RING TONE

SECOND COMPLIANT WTHIN A WEEK

Myself Puran Singh using Relaince Mobile No.[protected].
I made one compliant on previous dated that my amt is deducted whenever I recharge my number & they active paid services without pre-approvel from me, after this compliant RIM refunded me some money, thanks for that.
But It is horrible to say that Within just in 1 week RIM again did it , RIM ACTIVETED CALLER TUENS ON MY NUMBER FROM DT 24.06.11 AND HAD DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT , WITHOUT ANY ASKING FROM ME.
It is realy a nonsene of RIM.
If insidence like this continuos to happen after making compliant this is realy a same on the RIM & its management.

RIM — internet 3g not respond

I am jaisal , one of the RIM prepaid 3G user my number is [protected] in bihar. I used internet in my mobile earlier it supports 3G (nokia-3250).
I recharged Rs-97/- for internet on 14 July 2011.but now I am unable to us net in it because it does not respond. When I called to c-care it does not connect instead it tells to visit website of RIM (www.rcom.com.in) .i don’t know what to do……….now I have Rs-18/- main balance.
Either tell me to disconnect it or solve my problem. Because it is my right to get service as I have paid money.

RIM — told to pay higher price than the original cost

i had given my blackberry 8520 to the Redington office in pune as it had audio problems. So they gave me a stand by unit to use (blackberry 8300). During those 2 weeks i lost the stand by handset and reported it.
when i went back to the Redington office they asked me to pay a price of 8835rs for the lost mobile.
Now the 8300 is no longer in the market and it was a used mobile. how can the price of that handset be so high when the current rate for the 8520 is almost similar??
i was ready to bear the expenses but i was asked to pay the price to get my original handset back..

now i am thinking of purchasing a new handset instead of paying 8835rs..didnt knew blackberry had such harsh rules and high prices for a used handset..

RIM should really look into this matter and stop goofing around.
does anyone know where can the complaint be raised..in terms of email address or phone number??
have been receiving blank call from these numbers ([protected] & [protected]) consistently. Want to lodge complaint against them and request for strict action to be taken.

I HAVE TRY TO CONTECT COUSTUMER CARE AT MANY TIME BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE AND THEY ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE PHONE DUE TO THIS REASON I AM VERY UPSET NOW IF NO ANY REPLY BY YOU THEN I WILL MOVE FOR CONSUMER COURT.

i have two reliance gsm mobile nos. i.e. [protected] and [protected]. I am always getting unwanted calls. Besides money is wrongly deducted for different unwanted services for which i have never requested. I am afraid of recharging the mobile. Also i am not able to make calls as i have to switch off the mobiles to avoid unwanted calls. DND No.[protected] also do not help which i had made from mob no. [protected]. if this goes on i will prefer changing the service provider. please help.
