RING ROAD HONDA :POOR RESPONSE / SUPPORT The response / support from this dealer is very poor. Their representatives have all the kinds of excuses in the world to delay the things. I bought a car from this dealer on 27.09.2009 and even today - i.e. after almost 3 months, they have not been able to provide the complete papers for the car. I have been getting my honda city serviced from RRH Motinagar so far was OK till my car went for a service on 31.12.09 . to make a long story short one word defines it aptly - pathetic . I wish the parent company makes a note of the care being provided to their cars and does something or it will go the way of various other car servicing centers - shut shop. One has to be true to its customers to survive or else it is a short term existence of a few years. I guess sugoi motors has to understand that to soar and stand apart. I wish a happy new year to sugoi motors and pray for them to to make their customers as happy as we make them when we bring our cars in for a service/tinker.To add, some local guys are doing a wonderful job I guess the parent company should identify them.

I AM FINDING POOR RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT FOR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE TYRE OF NEW CAR PURCHASED IN NOVEMBER 2010 HARDLY TWO MONTHS OLD.ON 11 JAN 2011 I APPROACHED MOTINAGAR RINGROAD HONDA FOR REPLACEMENT.IWAS ASKED TO BRING VEHICLE ON NEXT MONDAY.SORRY TO STATE THAT I AM FORCED TO DRIVE MY VEHICLE EITHER WITHOUT STEPPONY OR TAKE A RISK TO BE HELD UP ON ROAD IF BY ANY CHANCE ANOTHER TYRE FAILS. VERY SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS.THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ME ABOUT RESPOSE FROM TYRE MANUFACTRER TILL I REQUESTED AGAIN AND AGAIN.IT APPEARS TO BE COSTUMER UNFRIENDLY AFTER SALES.
