Submited withdrawal form in the month of December 2008 & we have received only Pension Plan amount in the month of Feb. 2009 but till we have not received PF amount.

i am dharmesh j kapadiya . i was working in icici bank ltd 2 wheelers loan depat. under ypur franchisee(rishi infotech). my pf no. is MH/PUN/34678/2960. I have sent my pf withrawl form to miss pooja to your office located in pune.
steel 9 months i have not received any status from there.
I request you to give prper reply regarding my pf status.
