[Resolved]  Rishi Infotech — Pf claims not settled from past 1 year .

Respected Sir,

I worked for a company named Rishi Infotech which is situated in Pune for almost 1 & half years. I left them in March 2008. I applied for PF in the month of July 08 but when in the month of October 08 I called the company regarding my PF claims they told me that the has misplaced my form & i will have to fill the form again which i did . I again filled a new form and sent them in the month of October 08.I had completed all the formalities from my side . And again in the month of February 08 I called the guy from Rishi Infotech Mr.Ajit Pundlik who looks for Provident Fund Queries in Rishi Infotech, he told me that there is a problem with my form as there are two more people in the company Rishi Infotech who has the same name Amit Joshi and the forms has been changed & will take time to fix it. And on 5th of June 09 I gave a call to Mr Ajit again, he told me that he has submitted the form and I will get my claims in 45 days. But he was not sounding good so to confirm that he has actually submitted my form, I called the pune PF office I was informed that my form has not been submitted . This guy Mr Ajit Pundlik has been providing wrong information to me from past one & half year.The address of the company is Rishi Infotech 6 & 7 Raj Mayur Soc No 2, Opp Devji Metals Erandawane Pune 411004.
