on 28th August i lodged complaint with Kent customer care for service under AMC. Complaint ticket number was[protected] but till 31 st august no one came for the service. On 31 st i called again for the reasons but i was compelled by the executive to lodge a new complaint and forget about call of 28th. The Incharge of Service centre was also not co-operative and told me that i am free to go to any forum for complaint. Till today i.e., 1st September the service is not provided. pl see to it.
