It’s been more than 10 months, I booked my RE Classic 350 CC bullet, till date the RE showroom guys have not even bothered to neither deliver the vehicle nor call me and update the status.
I have been following up with the showroom in-charge from the completion of 8th Month, as I was told that the vehicle waiting period is 8 months from the date of booking.
Now its 10th Month and there is no sign of delivery of my bike.

From the blogs, I understand that RE has stopped manufacturing 350CC and focusing on 500 CC, do they consider only 500CC bookies as Human beings?
I also have a doubt on the Showrooms, they are taking extra money from the customers for early delivery and giving out all the bikes that were booked by the customers like me, been waiting for the bikes from past 8 to 10 months.
RE is a great bike, but if the company does this to their customers, I am sure that, people like me who have the dreams of owning a RE bike will surely be betrayed.
Either the company is not aware, what is happening with the so called franchise Showroom (mafias) playing around with customers money or if the company itself is the play maker then it is not fit to be a Customer Oriented Company. Was this information helpful? |
I totally agree with your compliant and even Am also facing the same problem for my Standard 350 UCE. There is no response from the dealership (HSR Enterprises, Rajajinagar) after the waiting period.
RE is going to lose its customers just for this reason.
