Please find below a message received from your Mr. Xavier Jaganathan, which is self explanatory.
I state that the Company headed by you has
fraudulently sold the 350 CC Classic Motor Cycle, which
is in entirety defective. To prove the same, you may seek
the job / service cards from M/s. Teknik Motors and also
confirm the same from your Mr. Xavier Jaganathan, Chennai
and Mr. N. Shivaprasad, Bangalore.
The said vehicle was sold to me on 5th July, 2011 and since
then the vehicle is in your Dealer's workshop almost all the
time. Even now too. All most all the components were replaced. It was just used for 1100 Kms.
Since more than 2 months, I am talking to Mr. Xavier and Mr.
Shivaprasad. My request was to replace the vehicle at the
first instance or pay back my money as a second change.
All these days, the afore-said Officers were saying that they will
talk to the Management and will revert to me. At the end, now
they expressed their inability.
If the objective of the Royal Enfield is to earn revenues by such
unethical means, please let me know. I will try to raise
some funds for your Company.
I hope the Royal Enfield will not steal a common man's 1.25 lakhs
just like that.

We are happy to inform your that we have persuaded our management for giving 6 months extended warranty for your vehicle as a gesture of goodwill. Your vehicle is therefore covered under warranty up to 04.01.2013 or 15000 kms whichever occurs earlier.
As a matter of policy we will advice our dealer M/s Teknik Motors to issue the extended warranty letter from their letter head.
