I have purchased a new Royal Enfield- Electra 350 on 4th july 2011, Since I had purchased in this byk there are so many problems arises again and again and again few of them were solved out by the Jaipur Service Center i.e. JMS & Company. In 2nd week after purchasing the bearings of real wheel were broken and replaced by the company after that balancing & alignment were not proper for this they had taken long time but replaced the rear wheel at free of cost and the problem were sorted out, after 3rd service the missing problem arises again they had taken long time but have replaced the Carborator Piston but problem was not sorted out in a proper way, missing problem is not coming now but problem in start during morning was not sorted byk takes half an hour for start in morning which was not taken anyway before also byk fires shots through silencer during running, for this problem I have made around 10-15 rounds of service center in last 1 month but problem is remain there, they takes byk for 1-2 days for work and after that again the problem would be there.
So after all this is my humble request to you that i am very unfortunate for becoming the customer of Royal Enfield please please do something against this problem so that my byk will go on properly, I am very very upset.
