Sir, I had booked royal Enfield bullet Electra 350 ES on 10.01. 2013 with booking
Amount of Rs.5000. On the occasion of gudi padwa, the dealer Aaryan Motors said
that deposit the balance amount, then I submit cheque sum of Rs.119433.00 on
28.03.2013 . I had deposited my office financed cheque after the 1 month and 10
days, dealer not given my bike. Now I am think about to go to consumer forum against
The dealer. Please guide us in this matter. The service is very bad.
