[Resolved] Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt. Ltd — not get any feedback | |||
I registered with Royal Goan Holiday Resort Pvt Ltd in march 2011 for renting out my Holidays. I got a call from their Sales Team (Person name: Alisha) asking if me I am ready to rent out my Country Club Holidays for INR 50000. I was told that they would courier me the draft the day I make their payment/register for their services amounting INR 13,332. But, after registering/payment I did not get a single call from their side regarding the payment that I was supposed to recieve till date. The Worst thing is earlier I used to recieve 3-4 calls a day requesting me to get registered, but NOW they dont have the coutesy to make a single call. They are not responding to my calls/emails. I am really disppointed with their services and their attitude. please help me i want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

However I would advise you to please file a case against them in consumer court. I have some other plans and mail them back on the same issue.
