I had sent renewal confirmation form in your Business reply envelope on 29.6.12. Till today

The amount of Rs1895/ is not debited against my creditcard
My credit card number for your perusal is [protected] - Visa card - Standard chartered bank
Can you let me know the status. Please note renewal due is 19.07.12

The same has been spoken to Menaka your today 09.07.2012 at 3.11 pm - ref no -D7615246

Its pathetic i get a message that there is no tracking for Business Reply envelopes and its very sad that the customer is kept in abeyance for being sincere and prompt to reply.
