Missed My New Permanent DL

Dear Sir,

I applied for permanent Driving License through proper channel and submitted my learning DL with all supportable documents in month of April, 2009. New permanent DL with License No C-090453313-N/09 was sanctioned by RTO officer, Noida. When I approached there after a week, RTO official told me that it is under process and will be issued very soon. Today when I approached there, They replied that "it is missed anywhere or it is taken by someone else. You have to make a report at police station in this regard." I got a great surprise to see such irresponsible act and serious blunder. It is a serious mistake done by RTO-Noida where such crucial licenses are not secure and anyone may take it without any verification; otherwise it may be misuse by anyone. As per legal act, It should be issued to authorized person only after required signature verifications and other required formalities. Sir, It is a serious case of mental harassment. I am running from here to there since last month but situation is same as it was earlier.

Sir, I request you, please take strict action in this regard at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that Tractor Trolleys without any number plates are freely plying on the roads of Noida and adjoining areas. It is therefore apparent that these tractor trolleys are not registered with the RTO and thus are not having any third party insurance.

These tractor trolleys, therefore, are a great hazard to other motorist.

I would therefore request the Noida Authority to take appropriate action so that other motorists intrest are protected.

for maruthi TN 38 C 9770 ITS ALREADY ONE MONTH SIR WE WE GO TO COIMBATORE OFFICE THEY ARE SHOWING THAT WE HAVE SEND PAPAER WE HAVE NOT GOT ANY REPLY SIR IT VERY FAR FROM OUR PLACE AND WE CAN NOT COME THERE AND FOLLOW THE PAPPER AS BE SEND BY COIMBATORE NORTH OFFICE PLEASE LOOK IN TO IT AND HELP US AS SSON AS POSSIABLE

Same happened with me. But this time its with learning license. RTO guyz lost my learning license and still asking me to pay duplicate licence fee.

Simply WTF!!!

I have my Office in Sec 126 Noida. The entire road in sec 126 (in front of HCL City) is being used as the parking place by the company cabs and auto rickshaw.
There is a traffic jam every day due to this in this area.

Dear Sir,
This happened to many people and with me also but no action from authority.
RC of new car not given to me and asked to lodged police complaint and get duplicate RC

No one is accountable to any one.
