[Resolved]  Rubicon Services — AMC not done

I m vipul d bhatt-residence of dahisar-e,mumbai-68,having following complaint against M/S.Rubicon Services,Regd.add.Bhana Sukar Estate,Gandhi nagar,Jogeshwari-w,mumbai-102,ph.26789233

these people didn't visit single time after taking advance of Rs.850/-as annual maintanance contract fees & promised to visit atleast 3 times as their servicing of AQUAFRESH model water purifier,& in that changing of carbon filter once including in that contract ,No.11156 dtd.28.01.11 till 28.01.12

after continuos follow up from our side we didn't get satisfactory answer from their reprsentatives,& once after visiting their personally we found that its their regular practice as several of their customers were their with me to compain as they also felt cheated,

kindly get me justice against these cheaters
