[Resolved]  Rubicon Services — Refund of AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract)

I had taken an annual maintenance contract through ur company vide Sr no. 220617 dated :19/04/2013 .for servicing of my Kent RO water purifier. the technician visited our premises and told me UV lamp is not working when i asked him to replace it he stated it is not covered under AMC to my surprise when i had taken the AMC i was told there will be 2candle + 1carbon + 1UV lamp which is covered under the AMC.
I am not interested in continuing the AMC so would kindly request you to refund my amount which I paid at the earliest.
