[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Rude behaviour of spicejet employee

I have a similar complain against "Ms. Shweta" at Bangalore airport, who is extremely rude and arrogant.
We went through a harrowing experienc (complaint posted) where this lady who is supposed to handle customer care was only revelling at the fact that she had sent the flight "FULL' as per a comment by her collegue who smirked when we went to collect our boarding pass and were refused the same 20 minutes prior to the take-off!!!
I wonder if these complaints are redressed!! Iwant action to be taken againt 'Ms.Shweta'.
Please let me know if anything was done to help you out in any way

I book 2 ticket bangalore to mumbai but by mistack i put wrong name of my friend but they are not helping to custome to change of name but other ariliance same thing i did but they help me out. [protected]

Not refunding cancelled flights

I booked a ticket on 25th of June for 20th December, 2014. and the flight got cancelled so i want my full money back. but there is no information regarding this!!

I Dn't receive Filght ticket
