[Resolved]  S K Wheels — transfer of Registration pending

I had purchased one wagonor bearing registration No MH-04-BD-696 in True Value arrangement on 17th June 2007. It was assured to me that the documents will be transferred in my name within maximum period of 90 days. The transfer is still pending and every time i call them, i get the same answer that the issue is pending with RTO and will be resolved within few days. Now almost five months have passed and i am not now able to drive the vehicle for want of papers. Please try to resolve my problem
