Worse ever service!
I had given my Maruti Zen for Service at S K Wheels. They changed the front shock absorber and Steering Wheel assembly. I was aware about the shock absorber problem but I am not aware why was Steering wheel assembly changed? Not a single problem was attended to.
After a week, I had again given it SK because the A/C which had little problem earlier, was not at all working after service and the vehicle was still making noise. They had come out that the gas which my vehicle has was discontinued. The vehicle was there with them for two days, but the second problem was not attended to.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was really angry seeing that the second problem was not attended to. The manager met me and promised that he we will arrange for my vehicle pickup next week. I waited till Thursday and did not receive any call from them. I spoke to the manager again on the Thursday and he agreed to get my vehicle pickuped on Friday. Somehow, they picked up my vehicle on Saturday, and to the surprise, the rear shock absorber started making more noise now. The steering wheel is making noise when parked in the sun.
What a patehtic service station SK Wheels is! What kind of quality check does Mariuti has?
