S K Wheels — Service of my car mh 06 az 7468

1. I had given my car for regular service as well as for denting and painting job on 31st March 2016 at SK Wheels, Turbhe Navi Mumbai.

2. The team took about 2 hours to receive the vehicle and took another hour to write down details about what has to be done with the vehicle.

3. I was given told that my car will be ready for delivery on 7th April 16, however I did not receive any call on 7th April 16.

4. I received a call from the body shop person Mr. Mahadev asking weather i had requested painting of one door or all doors, when I pulled him up asking why he has not kept the car ready for delivery and why he does not have the details about the what paint work he has to do, he said the car will be ready by 8th April Morning.

5. I received a call from Mr. Mahadev on 8th April stating the vehicle is ready, when I asked him if the car has been serviced, he replied he is not aware of servicing of the car and he needs time to check the same.

6. 11th April I get call from S.K wheels asking about the service feedback, while the car is still with them !!!

7. Car yet to be delivered !!!
