[Resolved]  S T Courier — Delay in Delivery

Hello,

I have sent a Greeting card to my Uncle and Aunt to Mysore through ST couriers JP Nagar on 31st Sat Dec 2011. They have charged me Rs.50/- (which is more cost than normal from Bangalore to Mysore) for the service & I was informed that it gets delivered by 2nd (Monday ) Jan 2012 morning. but it has not reached the receiver yet. I need the reason why it has not reached on time. i could have sent it through post with less charged & it would have reached by this time. Please do the needful ASAP...
