AC Installation

I bought a Samsung AC and I asked for installation on 21st April. It has been 6 days and daily they have been assuring me that it will done today. The Complaint no. is 8413768927

I had purchased a Samsung AC from Sun Electronix on the 22nd and was promised installation the next day. Have called up and followed up 10 times with the dealer but am yet to receive a single call back.

I guess after receiving the money neither the company nor the dealer is interested in the customer. I dont want the bloody a/c, only want my money back. I would like to purchase some other brand. How do i get my money back.

I bought a Samsung AC at 01/01/2011and I asked for installation on 03/01/2011. but till date no one come and fit the a/c pls do
