i have already posted my problem regarding my fridge.

i would like to protest against the company service in the following manner

1.We samsung customers those who are facing difficulties with the company service will go in rally either 2 wheeler /3 wheeler.
2. A crane will be used to lift the fridge and it will be dumped on the road
3. Three persons will act as mahatmagandhi 3 monkeys roles such as
a.one as DEAF( Company wont hear our voice)
b. one as BLIND ( Company wont look at us)
c. one as DUMB ( Company wont speak with us)
4. All the dumped products will be safeguarded carefully and displyed in consumer exhibitions by hiring one stall.
Our object is to create an awareness in the general public about the bad service and to show our difficulties faced being customer of SAMSUNG.

ALL FRUSTRATED SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS should hire a lawyer and sue the company in INDIA for using it to dump all defective equipment that they cant sell elsewhere in the world!!
Dear Sir,
I am very sorry to inform you that, since I have not any response from your side. Since last three days I contacted the service centre[protected] and one lady named Netra attending the phone and making me fool saying that today withing one hour the service engineer will come there but today is not coming since last three days. For your kind information, if my washing machine will not ready by today evening than it will be a big issue against your company. Please note it. Can you tell me what is the problem to rectify the problem if I am ready to pay the cost of the replace items. We are always busy with our job and no time to waist for this. Also can you tell me why you did not respond my yesterday mail. Please reply this mail with immediate effect or otherwise it may be a big issue. We are purchasing your product for n ot to suffer problem .

This is to inform you, in spite of repeated request no action has been taken so far. It is understood that you are unable to help this regards. Hence it is requested to advise to the concerned Branch service Manager to send his service engineer to replace the PCD of the washing machine on payment I am ready to pay the cost of the PCD Many thanks for your assurance to me to do some help.

This is to inform you that, I am a very old customer of Samsung product since last seven year. Presently I am holding the following product at my home :-

a. Samsung TV 29 “ purchase on my name ( RL Padhi) during Aug 2007
b. Samsung home theatre purchase on my name ( RL Padhi ( during August 2007
c. Samsung double door Refrigerator on my name ( RL Padhi ) during Oct 2008
d. Samsung washing machine Model No WA 85 TPLEC/XTZ purchased on my name ( RL Padhi) on Jul 2008
e. Four numbers of Samsung mobile hand set for my family members.
f. Intend to purchase one Samsung LCD TV 42 “ during next month

You can check the above from your records or otherwise I will send the scan copies of the above bills if required.

In view of the above I am going to inform you that the washing machine is presently not in working condition and I had lodged a complaint vide complaint number [protected] dated 07 Apr 2011 against this and the service engineer was visited my residency on last Saturday ( 09 Apr 2011) and after inspection he told that the PCD is not working due to high voltage. He told the cost of the PCD is withing Rs 2000. The warranty period of the washing machine was over than eight months.

My request is, can the cost of the PCD of the washing machine will waive, if so than kindly inform the service centre Bangalore ( Telephone number[protected] accordingly so that they can charge only servicing charges from me.

Your kind help in this regards will highly be appreciated.
