We bought a samsung microwave model CE 103 VD on 13.06.2010 from Croma retail. It is not working since 01.08.10. We filed a complaint with samsung on 12.08.10. Engineer from samsung came to check the syatem on 14.08.10 and said a part needs to be replaced and he will do it next day. But after that despie numerous phone calls and emails they are not attending to our request. Everytime a new reference number is given but no action is taken. We are frustarated with this response of the company and dont know what to do.First complaint reference number given by samsung customer care on phone was [protected]. Last transaction no. given by samsung on 28.08.01 was [protected]. kindly help us in this matter.

Unfortunately the same thing has happened with me, I bought a Samsung M/ from big bazar. and it was a defective piece, he samsung customer care promised me they will replace, but its now 45 days since they are saying they dont have the model available and instead asking me to pay more money and get some upgraded model. Its really hopeless to talk to these cheaters. I will advise not to buy any samsung products and stop others buying the same. If they cant provide good and satisfactory services to the customers theres nothing buying their product. Even they dont knowhow to repair it. Very hopeless and disappointing.

    I bought a samsung 29" TV on[protected], details as below-

    On Aug 2010 I noticed increase in picture size horizontally and no brightness to view the image. To get a proper solution i dialed [protected] on 18th of Aug 2010 and lodged complain, number [protected]. The customer care executive gave me 48hrs of time within which the TV will be fixed by an engineer from the service center in Balashor, Orissa. After 48hrs of no service a second call was made to the customer care and as per routine work an executive verified my detail, which is -

    and rescheduled the engineer’s visit to another 48hrs from that date. Similar incidents continued for another 15 days and finally I took the number of the service center in Balashore and the executive provided me the contact number of Mr. Akbar ([protected]/[protected]). I called Mr. Akbar the next day and he promised to send an engineer within 48hrs. The next day Pradeep, the engineer called me from his cell number [protected] and informed me about coming in the first half of the same day. But like always the promise was not kept and so I called him in the after noon when he was fixing some one's television in Badampahar which is faraway from my place but still he did not forget to promise me again to fix the television at any cost by that night. He came after 7pm, saw the problem, opened the set and removed 3 parts. After all this when the television was switched ON the picture was blurred with no brightness, no color and high contrast. He left it like that with an excuse of having no parts to repair and come back with necessary parts within 2 days. I questioned him about why the 3 original parts are unnecessarily replaced without knowledge of problem, and he said- “I was experimenting”. I was expecting him within 2 days but can not say how many 2 days are gone since that day and there was no news of him till the day I called him and to my surprise he disconnected my call saying "could not come due weather problem" and replied my several next calls as a "Wrong Number". Since then there is no contact with him but I did not stop calling customer care and they repeated with the verification procedures and changed the solution time from 48hrs to 12hrs. Many 12 and 48hrs gone and no solution provided until a customer care guy helped me providing contact number of Mr. Anurag Bindal ([protected]) of Bhubaneswar, according to him Mr. Bindal is the last person to help me through. So, I called Mr. Bindal and like the rest he promised to send an engineer next day at first half. I got no response since that day from any one…the promised days are over, my energy of calling customer care and the other associates are over. The interesting part conversation is with a customer care executive, it’s like this-

    Me-"Sir, its almost going to be one month and complain no [protected] is still there, can you tell me when the TV going to be fixed?"
    Executive- "Sir, the delay is due to your place is in interior part of the town"
    Me-" Then why are you selling products in interior part of town where you can not provide service, and how long it takes to cover the distance of 150 km?"
    Executive - "Sir, I'm taking another fresh complain and have faith on me this problem will solve by tomorrow night"

    How many fresh complains will fix my television?
    How many days will it take to visit Rairangpur from Balashor?
    How many Pradeep like engineers are there in Samsung service center?
    How many times do I’ve to call Mr. Akbar and Mr. Bindal, who are the management bodies of Samsung products?

    I'm frustrated with Samsung product and the kind of service received from all the channels. I request a solution so that people like me will not be harassed by the manufacturers like Samsung and people like Mr. Bindal, Mr. Akbar and Pradeep. Please take action against Samsung and the people who are associated with my problem. Please help me and I will be thankful if this problem is solved.

      Dear Sir,
      I am having Samsung Mobile Model No.GT3510 which has lining while display. On 18.08.2010 the aforesaid mobile set was sent to Varanasi Samsung Service Centre, Maldahiya to resolve the problem. The Service Centre commited to resolve the same within 2 or 3 days but 18 days have paased, the problem has not resolved as yet. With roughly behavior they are pretending that spare parts is not available and is saying it comming from Noida.

      I hope the trusted company like you will care of your customer problem.

          samsung b-7722 — theft my mobile

          hi sir 6 month before i was got new samsung b-7722 mobile.last 25.04.2012 my mobile kept with charger in my room . near by lot of bathceler room's .on time amn't well .so am taken tablet and sleeped. somebody stolen my mobile. that mobile coast 10200/-. i got a duplicate sim . that mobile imei no.[protected].

Today ( 15 th ) it is in transit fro Delhi.There is no proffessionalism in in Service. How can someone say that the last piece was used uo & has to be ordered !!               Hi,
              I have experienced the most horrific and pathetic service ever in my life, and is totally fed up by the irresponsible and casual attitude of Samsung India Employees. My new airconditioner which I bought 4 months back has conked off suddenly, and despite of complaining several times nobody had turned up till date, and I have been just getting assurances till date. Its been a full one week that me and my wife have been personally calling up Samsung customer care and have been rigorosly following up, but I am shocked to see the casual and insensitive approach by these employees.

              Each and every day I have been getting assurances that our engineers are on the field and my complaint will be resolved but no response at all. Even I have screamed and yelled on them but still they are lost characters just sitting there without having anything in their hands, and are the most inefficient people on the earth. I have been cheated/duped and feel like the biggest fool on the planet by buying a Samsung product.

              This is height of nonsense and is beyond toleration levels in such a competetive environment. I really pity on myself and the customers who have done a blunder to go for Samsung and are facing the brunt of the same. Would request you to escalate the same to the CEO of Samsung India to make him realize that what's going on the ground and what kind of lethargic and inefficient team he has who are cheating and spoiling the brand name of Samsung.

              Looking forward for a positive response with due sense o[censored]rgency.

                I have given my samsung mobile which is under warranty to attar mobile services,shop no 4c-1+2,pagariya complex,pandri raipur(C.G) on 19/8/2010,they told me that they will ahve to replace the mother board and will treturn the mobile on 23rd but its 3/9/10 and they r still not returning my mobile,evrey time i go there they only ask me to came after 3 days,they r just wasting my time and not returning the mobile,thay say that company is not providing the mother board so they r not able to return it,its very irritating and also without a mobile my work is also suffering and i dont know what to do.it is so irritating that i have now decided to never buy a samsung mobile in the rest of my life

                26-12-10 First time goes to samsung service center (chennai-Annanagar branch), They told me your battery is weak.. after that am buying new battery, within 2 days same problem..

                29-12-10 second time goes samsung service center, they told ur battery is weak, u have to change.. am shouting them.. after they taken mobile for 3 days observation (they take 5 days), finally they give & says its working good condition..
                same place, same time in 5 minutes mobile get SWITCH OFF.. finally they accept, yaa ur mobile mother board is weak, surrendered mobile for more than 15 days..

                24-12-10 after they changed new motherboard.. works good just 2 days only.. again goes to service center, same same same they told battery weak...

                2 day once they giving 1 battery for checkup.. (4 battery for 4 times within 1 week).. lot of ways am trying to complaint, BUT its no use..

                after my shouting they accept to give " REFUND" of the mobile value.. (center incharge mr.mohan [protected], & mr.karthik [protected])
                i relaxed, but problem till never end..

                30-1-11 mobile surrendorred for RE FUND...(25 working days for cheque delivery)
                15-2-11 am called service center for cheque, they told ur mobile is booked for "REPLACE" only, not refund... again am goes to service center, after only they give a form for "refund"...

                (15-2-11 to 15-3-11) one month completed..

                23.3.11 today also am called & BEGGED that service center, they told wait for another 1 week...
                from the date of 15-2-11 till today they taken "37 days"

                i was called[protected] for complaint, they give so-called head of the department number mr.Karthik[protected] daily am calling this number, the bugger never attaent my call.

                What the is this?

                    i am facing vibration problem in my new handset. I have seen all the settings of mobile even i have reset my phone ...the thing is that the vibration is working when i dialled a number or in typing a message. But from yesterday when i touched on my menu like message, logs, contact the vibration is not working ....I called 3 times to samsung coustmer executive they sais that they will call me but i didn't get a call from your executive and my complaint no -[protected]

                    I also agree that the services of samsung service centre is not good. I also bought a samsung champ mobile and in that mobile the screen was faulty and i had given that mobile for repairing and service centre persons are saying that they dont have lcd of that mobile.

                      Delay in repair against works order No. 10820
                      Dear Sir,

                      This is to inform you that I have given my Samsung Mobile (corby) Model S-3653 to your authorised dealer M/s. SIM Solutions, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi on 20.08.10 vide works order No.7326 (purchased on 13.12.2009 ) confirming that the Touch has gone out of order and needs to be replaced and had assured me that they will be giving the set within 8-12 days with duly repaired. However, upon enquiry dealer is mentioning that it will take some more time around 10 more day, with no specific reason. Also I would like to mention here that service/customer care of the dealer is not upto the mark.

                      Hence, I kindly request you to look into the matter and expedite the same at the earliest, as I am handicapped without communication.

                        I have been using a Samsung window AC, 1.5 Tons, for the past 5 years. The AC is almost used daily, and has worked trouble-free over the years. Last week, 2-3 hours after a paid general service conducted by Samsung, the AC suffered a short circuit, which burnt the logic board, filling the room with smoke.

                        It's almost 7 days since I have called the support center and lodged a complaint; I get calls from Samsung service personnel, but no action from their side to repair the AC. Instead, I have been asked to fork out Rs. 800/- to replace the logic board.

                        My question is simple. I had absolutely no complaints with the AC logic board for 5 years. How come the short circuit occurred within 2-3 hours of the General Service? It is not my mistake. Why should I pay to cover somebody else's mistake?

                        SAMSUNG/ WINDOW 2 TON AC — AC not working

                        I had bought 2 TON SAMSUNG WINDOW AC on 1st July 2008. This summer the AC is not working properly. Several complaints have been lodged but the SAMSUNG people are not responding satisfactorily. We are a senior citizen couple. My wife just out of hospital from surgery. The after sale service of SAMSUNG is very poor. I don't know what to do with this piece of junk I bought last year.
                        Shame on SAMSUNG for giving trouble to senior citizens. Had this been any developed country, this company would have been sued for millions of dollars. But Alas, our country. what dignitu can senior citizens expect here...

                          I had given my audio set for repair at Samsung India's Service centre at anoop Nagar Indore on[protected].

                          Despite almost 5 months it has neither been repaired or any communication given to me.
                          1. I had gone every 15 days to service centre and was told that parts are available , pl. wait.
                          2. I thought I will call centralized call centre so that speedy arrangment of spares can be taken up. I called call centre.
                          3. complaint no. [protected] dt. 9-8-10 was logged.
                          4. Despite 20 calls , standard answer is sir I ensure you that it will be done shortly.
                          5. NO Communication to my mobile, email given by SAMSUNG.
                          7. Do these people have any mechanism to moniter a complaint/
                          8. It is 5 months. Shameless.

                            i purchase a samsung mobile model no. s3500i with the price of 4400.00
                            .After 7 days of purchase the handset is automatically get dead.Then i take that to the shop where i purchase it .Name of the shop is "TARINI MOBILE "which is also the distributor of samsung mobile and it has a samsung care in the district.They cant solve the problem and send it to higher branch.Then after 8 days when i went for inquiary they misbehave and not saying how time they will take to give me my mobile.whether in other shop they exchange the set which give problem newly.
                            Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            Samsung Mobile — SET DEAD

                            i purhase a mobile model (d600) but my set is dead than i gave that set for repairing at service center at balasore(orissa) from28/72009 after some day i am going at service center for take my mobile set but my set is not ready.after that they were estimate me 3000/-to4000/- spend for this mobile than i tell them please procid and repair that but when i was visit again after 6month they tell me this set is not repair able.this set cost is 16000/- rupees when i purchase.please help me what can i do for this matter.
                            I purhase a mobile model (SGH-E251) on 13/09/2009 from sonepat (haryana), during one year it worked properly, but after one year its giving problem to me, the mobile incoming and outgoing disturbing most of the time, at that time i thought that it is a sim network problem, but after a few days, my mobile got dead. no incoming and outgoing is happening in my mobile, first i go to the my vodafone customer care they told me this is my mobile problem not sim problem i went to samsung service station in sonepat many times but they refused to repair as they do not found the problem in it, i show it to private also, they given a clue to me that your network IC is not working, and there is no network IC in market to sort the problem.

                            so kindly provide me proper help to resolve my problem as i am bearing so much problem .

                              Nearly more than 1 1/2 weeks i given complaint in customer care that my printer not working, everyday they ll say today our engineer will come and one feedback message to mobile. It is the worst experience had it in this company not ever had in any other company.

                              Samsung — useless customer service.

                              I hav a double door samsung refrigerator. Past few weeks it has been leaking water in the inside. all the stored veggies get rotten because of this problem.
                              Repeated complaints to the service center [Ph:[protected]] is not helping, everytime I am assured someone will attend to it and nobody arrives.
                              I first complained on 05/09/2009, no one attended to it, Second call was on 12/09/2009, again no response. My third callwas on 15/09/2009 I was even given some id [protected].
                              Pathetic service.

                                Worst After Sale Service
                                I bought samsung mobile C3053 in august 09, I was convinced to see the battery backup specification in the product details at samsung website that said talktime upto 7 hrs and standby upto 340 hrs. To my surprise it's battery was drained out in 24hrs after the first charge and never improved.

                                When approached BTM Service station in bangalore they replaced the battery but that didn't work, after that they observed the battery backup for few days and told me they get battery backup of two days which certainly is lie but still far less than meeting the specifications.

                                Since than from last one month around 8 times have been to this service center and everytime they tell me they get it for 48hrs and phone is good. after figthing with them they will direct me to a new person who will keep it for observation again.

                                Buy samsung at your own risk....

                                samsung c3053 — poor service and irresponsible service center.

                                I got a samsungC3053 mobile on 14/5/09. I never had a memory card inserted or neither any change and within 2 months the mobile stopped working i.e. it completely hanged. since it was under warrenty I took to the service center jodhpur on 10/7/09. since then I have been continuously visiting the service center but I havent got my mobile back. they say that the mobile has been send to jaipur for repairing.
                                I dont understand what s the use of service center in jodhpur if the phone goes jaipur for repairing. and why its taking such a long time. I am really fadup of visinting service center again and again. since my home is 10 km distance from service center. Its feels very cheated by returning empty handed back to home.
                                I hope you guys will have some solution for this or atleast help me to get my mobile back.

                                  i am also facing similar problem.. with my samsung corby colors... i have a total of 200 msg memory available... but my sim memory is full... now everytime a new msg comes it tells me to delete msg..
                                  i tried looking for setting to make a default sms memory as phone... but there is no option... again... i cant even move my msg from sim to phone... is there any other option rather than deleting sms from sim.

                                    i m having a complaint regarding the samsung service center akota baroda i have a problem in my samsung (b-5722 )mobile. it was in the warranty period.. i have mother board problem with the cellphone. they have taken my set and they told me that they will repair my set within a week but they didn't reply me and when i call them they mostly didn't picked my call and not replying me.... so pls help me out in the matter....

                                    THERE IS A SERVICE CENTRE OF SAMSUNG MOBILE INDIA NAMED SIM SERVICE SOLUTION CENTRE AT SEC-8, ROHINI, DELHI AND I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE PHONE SAMSUNG MODEL NO B-5722 FOR REPAIRING AS THE SERVICE ENGINEER TOLD THAT SERVICE ENGINEER WHO WILL CHECK THE FAULT IS OUT OF THE CENTRE SO I LEFT MY SET IN THE SERVICE CENTRE AND LATER ON WHEN I ASKED THEY REPLIED THAT THERE IS A FAULT IN THE MOTHER BOARD OF PHONE AND WE HAVE TO REPLACE THE MOTHER BOARD OF THE ABOVE SAID MOBILE AND IT WILL TAKE15 TO 20 DAYS.I ASKED FOR ANOTHER SET FOR A SHORT TIME SPAN IN PLACE OF MY SET,THEY REPLIED WE HAVE NO SUCH OPTION FOR THIS. AFTER 20 DAYS I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND THERE I MET TO ARCHNA, WHO TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE MORE 15 TO 20 DAYS TO REPAIR YOUR MOBILE

                                      I purchased a 1.5 ton Samsung Window Air Conditioner om April-2006. During first, Fourt years, it was working properly. On start of this season, I approached Eye Care Samsung Authorised Service Centre, West Delhi, HA-24, Shivaji Marg, Nazafgarh Road, Karampura, Delhi for its routine service and gas filing. They took it to their workshop and returned after a week time. On operating it, we found that this was not working efficiently and cooling was not good accordingly the matter was again reported to the agency. They again took the A.C. and retunred after two or three days. But this time also, the A.C. was not working properly. Against First service a payment of Rs. 1,500/- was also made. Throughtout the season, this practice continued and A.C. was not working properly. The engineers visited my residence, told a new problem again and again and continued to charge with bills or without bills also. Now again on 30.8.2010, when A.C. was not cooling the room, I lodged a complaint on [protected] vide No. [protected] and in response of same, an engineer from Service Centre, Sector-7, Dwarka visited my residence. He told that the cooling coil of the A.C. needs replacement and it will take around Rs. 3,000/-. Becuase of this attitude of engineers and service agencies of reporting a new problem and intention to charge more money, complelled me to report this matter to the Samsung India. I think the engineers visited were not capable to read the problem and take action accordingly. Either, they were doing experiments with the A.C. to repair it or they were intended to charge money in this way. Because of the things explained above and happened with me, not only, I have suffered throughout the season but also paid a lot of money. Apart from this, I was more surprised on 31.8.2010, when the engineer visited us, explained us that the wall and floor of your house are hotter and this is why the A.C. is not cooling and the statement of Engineer was supported by the person attended the call from Dwarka Service Centre who told his name as Rishi. This was more surprising when the A.C. was cooling perfectly for the first, four years. I failed to understand this fact, as to whether the service engineer should have told this fact to a customer or to the company. I think, if the statement of service engineer and Rishi is considered correct, then Samsung should take steps to enhance the capacity of A.C.s as the natural tamperature of the room where A.C. has been installed is approx. 35 degree centigrate now a days.

                                      I hope suitable action will taken to reduce my trouble.

                                        sub:- delay service and failure compresser 2 times in a pick season. during 2 years.
                                        we have purchased SAMSUN RSH1DBPE on 7-4-2010 from MS/ Bharat electronics/ Ranchi and the compressor failed on oct. we have reported it and they given service to us after 15 days. again its compressor is failed now. now we have requested to mater in the customer care and it is started that no compressor is available at present and it will take more that 15 days. our coplain no. is [protected] dated 4.4.12 under this season we are suffuring much in the hot seasons and approaching you to have suitable and promt action.
