To whomsoever concern,
I Anitha.S purchased Samsung washing Machine on 22/10/2009 and from 3 days it is not working properly. I have logde a complaint regarding this to customer care and the reference number as follow:[protected]. But till today nobody have turned up and from past two days i am with touch with the customer care executive by name Bhavani,Ranjith, Radha etc. .....But still yet nobody has respond properly even after contacting the BTM Layout Technicians number 66595176/66595000. Very bad service Samsung is having. We really made a mistake of buying the Samsumg Product. From past 3 days we are calling the customer executive and telling them regarding Washing Machine. Please look into this seriously or just pay back our money if you don't provide proper service.

    I purchased a Samsung 8300 Ultra Slim mobile phone for 3G connection. It doesn't show coverage where singles are little weak. I submit it to the Samsung customers Care Center 1 month ago in GOA. But still i dont get my mobile yet and even they did not provide any Stand by phone for me. Even they also dnt know when i get my phone back and Samsung is the worst company towards customer satisfaction. There staff did give any feedback regards my phone.

      Hi team,

      This is the worst servicing centre I have ever seen. I gave my mobile for servicing through Planet M. They gave on april 6th service center people kept for 3days and gave back this needs software update we will inform when it is available. 20 days passed we keep calling them but no response . again they have taken on may 3rd .... still thay say it need sone more week to decide whether it is hardware or software. and the manager of servicing center, he speaks roughly like ... when the update is there we will inform.

      this is worst servicing center in Hyderabad.
      they don't know how to rectifier problem,
      and they will not allow to change anything even we have warranty period ...
      the manager behaves rudely with customers ...
      I agree totally that the Ameerpet samsung Mobile service centre is the worst of its kind. There is total apathy from the service men, no one offers proper advice and to beat it all the room stinks o[censored]rinals.
      THIS MOST WORST IN THIS EARTH, THEY HAVE VERY WASTE FELLOWS NO ONE CAN REPLAY FOR A SINGLE QUESTION ALSO, AND THE MANAGER THERE IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. SO PLZ CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT OF THAT BRANCH OTHER WISE YOU HAVE PAY MORE( LOOSING UR CUSTOMERS)

        I am the unfortunate owner of a Samsung refrigerator and to my ill luck I realized it is not functioning on the 1st of May. 1st of May being a holiday and 2nd of May being a Sunday I was only able to inform the Samsung India call center of this on the morning of 3rd of May. I was given an assurance that my problem would be attended to by 8.30 pm the very same day. I must say I was impressed and happy I had chosen Samsung. But after this it was all downhill.

        Today it is the 6th of May and all I have in my hand is a non-functional refrigerator, umpteen assurances by the Samsung India Call Center executives and their team leaders that my complaint will be attended to by the end of 3rd May, 4th May, 5th May..., generic email replies to my complaints made by email and posted on the space provided in the Samsung India website, a huge telephone bill (as the Samsung India call center number is an STD number for me - the toll free number doesnt work for me as I belong to the larger portion of the population which doesnt have a BSNL or MTNL connection and the wait for a Samsung India Call Center executive to be available has sometimes been as high as 30 minutes), and lastly rotting vegetables and fruits.

        I have in the last few days come to the following realizations:

        - The maximum you can expect when you lodge a complaint with the Samsung India Call Center is an assurance of service and a dream of actual service.
        - Samsung India Call Center executives consider handling customer calls as unofficial work. After making umpteen calls and receiving no service I started asking to speak to someone senior on the floor and I was repeatedly told in multiple calls that the team leaders are in a meeting about some 'official' matter!
        - There is absolutely no sense of ownership in the Samsung India Call Center team leaders. On the 4th of May at 6.30 pm I spoke with a team leader (he was supposed to call me up but after a long wait and no call I had to place a call for the nth time) and he assured me he would speak to people at the Service Center and get back to me in half an hour; when I did not receive any call till 7.10pm I called again and I was told he had left for the day!!
        - Escalating complaints to the only email ID provided or through the space provided in the Samsung India website is only a waste of time as all that you get is a generic reply stating "We apologize for the inconvenience....and we have forwarded this to the relevant department".

        I end this post with the hope that someday in the near future my complaint will be attended to..

        samsung india refrigerator — Non Responsive attitude

        I bought a refrigerator on 27th June 2009 from Audio Voice(India) Pvt Ltd, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.
        The refrigerator has not been cooling at all since Saturday evening. I lodged a complaint in the morning at samsung Call center[protected] and spoke to an executive called Ruchi. She told me that on Sunday no service engineers will come and therefore it can be done only on Monday.
        Mt querry is simple .... why cant Samsung service its product on Sunday, if they cant then i shall get it done on my own and sue the company for not giving proper customer support, or do i wait for Monday and get everything spoiled and whats the use having a refrigerator under warranty.
        Even the call center works between 9 am to 8 pm, why cant you have an automated registry of complaints.
        These MNCs like Samsung only know to sell or rather push their cheap quality products and just for the name sake they attach a term which they call as customer care in which 'Care' does not exist. I highly recommend not to buy any Samsung products.
        We the customers should let these companies realize our power. If we make brands, we can destry them as well. Join hands and teach them a lesson.
        Its the buyers market, the consumer is the king, if there is no after service then there will be no sale -get the message ????
        What a nightmarish experience! I'll keep your experience in mind while making my next home appliance purchase decision.
        really disappointing to find out that such renowned MNC's have an issue with customer complaints!!! am definitely not gonna recommend Samsung...anymore!
        I had puchased samsung refrizerator on 30/07/2008 from Allied electronic Dilshad Garden, Delhi. After one year and 11 months starts creating a problems, not cooling properly. I lodeged complaint on 28/6/2010, complaint no.[protected], engineer visit on 29/06/2010 and told that some problem in your feezing unit and gas again have to be filled. I would like to know from Company that why problem occur even refrizerator put in safe place. If the company want to win the custmers reliabilty, problem should reactify immediately, free of cost. If it will not reactify, It would show where the Sumsung stand..

        I also have a complaint regarding my 400L double door refrigirator 'SAMSUNG' make.The machine is not cooling since 4/10/10.Complaint lodged with the customer service.Mechanic came replaced some parts against payment but it did not work.Visited again a few times but without any result.Now they are giving me a proposal to get the depreciated value @ 20% per year.So this fridge is say 4 years old that means they will deduct 80% of the bill amount n refund the balance.The crux of the issue is that the company is not in a position to repair their own machine which speaks volumes about SAMSUNG.One does not buy a fridge for a few years to be thrown away.So let us form an association of dissatisfied SAMSUNG consumers and take action jointly with a class action suit.

        I Purchased Samsung refrigerator on 03.04.2007 (Model No.RT34 M) and same has started giving problems on15.11.2007. I have called to service center but it is waste of our time. Again the compressor failed on 19.01.2008 and same was not attend till 28.01.2008 (10 Days) and they repaired with collecting any charges for filling gas. Again on it went out of order and complaint was lodged on 16.08.2008 and same was attended 19.08.2008 by local Samsung dealer in Bellary (Karnataka) after laps of 4 days.

        Again on 23.10.2010 I have tried to lodge a complaint on helpline No.[protected] but the helpline No.is not connected and wasted half an hour, Than I called up to Local service dealer and obtained another No.[protected] and lodge the complaint on 25.10.2010 vide complaint No. [protected] but there was no response from the Samsung India. Again I called on 27.10.2010 around 9.30 in the morning to the call center to speak to higher authority but the call center person informed that the higher authority is not available. On 27.10.2010 service Engineer had checked the refrigerator on 27.10.2010 at 16.30 and told the the compressor has been failed and the same shall be replaced free as it is under warranty but I shall be charged for refueling the gas. I hope the Samsung India does not know the meaning of WARRANTY, and same has not been attened till 28.10.2010. The Consumers in India after paying huge amount we have face the problems like this. I humbly request the CONSUMERS IN INDIA think twice before buying SAMSUNG product.
        My samsung fridge RT 34XVDSI/xtl was biught in March 2010. Immediately it started making a noise. On compalining the Samsung technician came down and did some minor adjustments. Again on 01.09.2010 i amade a complaint No [protected]. They came and changed the compressor. It worked OK for 70 Days and on 18.11.2010 i registered another complaint. SAme No On 20th a tecnician came Call no [protected] Mr Arvind he saw the fridge and said its OK. Now on 21st it has stopped working completely.
        Either Samsung products are of absolutely bad quality or Samsung service is pathetic! After investing nearly 40, 000/- in the fridge i am left with just a cupboard and i dont know even if samsung repairs it how long will it last before it gets spoilt again.
        Can anyone suggest which fridge i should buy in the future which will not get spoilt within the 1st year itself
        I buy the samsung refrigerator from MB trader Siliguri which is not working since may 10 upon frequent complain at service center one service man came and change the parts that is chargeable, but again it dosen 't work again I complain again the service man came again he change but again it dosent work and I call them frequently but now they did not come Samsung big brand cannot repair even his own product what the use of buying samsung

        This has reference to Refrigerator I have purchased on 14th March
        2011 bearing Sr. No. 06054ZAZ606804F, Model RA19BP 7S from one of your
        distributor, M/s Shri Vaibhav Electronics based at Shalimar Garden,
        Extn. – II, I have been facing the problem of Wrong fitting of Freezer
        Compartment Door, because of wrong fitting it has got damaged and this
        has brought in to the notice of your service engineer in Aug &
        November 23rd 2011, I have incurred the loss of the charge of Broken
        Compartment / Assembly Cover- Part No. DA[protected]A, within one month
        this problem arises again and same has been brought into the notice to
        the customer care department in the month of December 2011 and again
        one of the engineer has visited us for attending the complaint and he
        has confirmed that this problem is arising again & again due to the
        faulty lock fitting of the Freezer Compartment Door, I have been
        regular in touch with your customer care department since January
        2012, but my complaint has not been resolved till date, every time
        your engineer is conveying the message to me over the phone to attend
        the complaint for this fault and demands the repair charges. Pls find
        aatt. file of brocken assembliy cover.



        And apart from the above, I have tried my level best to speak to
        Service Manager in your Customer Care / Service Department but he is
        giving any response back, I don’t think being an MNC this is the work
        culture in your organization.



        When this Refrigerator is in Warranty then why should I bear the loss
        again & again for the manufacturing defect, I need the solution to
        this problem or else I have to go to the consumer Forum / Court.

        Dear Samsung Team,

        With reference to the trailing mail. One of your technician/Engineer
        visited our address and replaced the dammaged part which has been
        done earlier also but it happened again due to wrong assembly of the
        model. Now I have been asked for replacement of the whole fridge coz
        it will happen again for sure.
        Now I am just asking you that if the same will happen again who will
        take the responsibility of your fault?????

        Your organisation/Company/Brand is harashing for none of our faults.
        Samsung is very reputed brand and this is all nonsense if the same
        problem will arise again that will be non tollarable .If I have paid
        the amount for the product why fault will be tollarable. I want the
        product to be replaced tottaly with the new one. Otherwise I will have
        go ahead and take legal action against the complaint.

        If Not then assure us in writing dat this will not happen again in
        future and this time repairing has been done correctlly and same
        fault will not raise furtuer.
        Your service team responce very bad & call centre not perfacly answerable.
        Iam surpriced to your service team suddenly go to my home & change
        without information.Why???????????.

          I have purchased Samsung Mobile in 25th January 2010. The company (Samsung) claims that they will provide us replace warranty (If company will not able to solve the problem within seven days). After two month o[censored]sing this phone I got a problem related to USB and other minor / major problems. I went to service centre (Barrackpore Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Near – 15 No. Rail Gate, Lalkothi, Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal) and told them my problem. They asked a Xerox copy of bill and given. After that day they called me after seven day. I went then they again call me after seven days. I went again then they again called me after seven days. Thus they have killed my 20 valuable days.

          Finally, I contact directly to Samsung Company near about 10 days before, after calling there they (Samsung Mobile Executive) asked me my details till 15 minutes and they told that your problem would be solved. Even they give me Barrackpore Samsung Mobile Service Center’s Franchisee holder named “S Chatterjee ([protected])”. Yet they are neither able to solve my problem nor responding in proper manner. I don’t know whether they are playing with me or providing me the appropriate service.

          Customer care service centre at Barrackpore Samsung Mobile Service Centre, Near – 15 No. Rail Gate, Lalkothi, Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal are defrauding / cheating the customers in different ways,
          I bought a Samsung Galaxy at Rs.7490/- on 26.01.2015 . On 14.05.2015, after connection with charger for charging, I saw the mobile set got very hot and the charger fails to charge the mobile, also I observed that charger connecting point of mobile got burnt. Today (30.05.2015), after observation of my cash memo and mobile set Smt.Manisha Saha at counter no. 8 of the service centre mentioned above demanded Rs.170/- for checking the set by their engineer and she told that the engineer will fix an amount to be paid for repairing; if I got the set repaired by them, checking fee will be exempted. Another new charger has to be purchased, old charger given with the set should not be used again.Being dissatisfied with her discussion, I requested her to return the set, cash memo & the slip I filled up (Sl No. 44) so that I can lodge a complaint before the District Consumer Forum to settle the problem / dispute. Hearing my intention to go to consumer forum she requested me to wait and went to the engineer,
          Returning from the engineer she requested me to wait for sometime, giving me two computer generated " Acknowledgement of Service Request" for my signature & at around 6 p.m. the Engineer at counter no 1 returned my set without any repair as "there was liquid in charging socket". At the same time, another customer Biswajit Choudhury at another counter was expressing his dissatisfaction as his set was returned informing him that there was liquid in the set, he opposed it and replied that he was not responsible for water in the set. Sri choudhury wrote his address & mobile No in his own hand writing on my exercise book so that I can help him to proceed before the consumer forum. Hearing our discussion, his engineer called Sri choudhury and requested him to take the set after two days.
          No fee was taken for checking from me, Sri Ajoy Biswas, resident of my area was with me.

            this croma stor at Fort Bombay could not provide me with the adress of the samsung cell service cntre properly nor their phone number of the nearest to me at lower parel(me from churchgate Bombay) and this is a phone samsung S3500 bouth from there less than 8 months that it has stopped wrkin and the warranty card i have holds good but i cant so get the address and cell of the service centre from the fort croma store where i bought the cell

              one samsung split a.c. 1.5 ton purchased from spencers hyper, fun mall, gomti nagar,lucknow on 25/04/10 vide bill no. 36779 alongwith a sonax vst 400 stabkuzer (1.5 ton)vide bill no. 36780, but till now no cash receipts of above bills provided/sent to me.why so?
              Installation of outer unit of a/c has not done by mechanic, who was deputed by your shop. There is water oozing from taps of outer unit, owing to gas leakage. In this conexion made several complaints, but no one turned-up from your ward. Request again to take action expeditiously to resolve problems.

              Samsung AC 1.5 — Receipt of payment not given

              On 09/01/2010 I made a complaint vide complaint no [protected] a partial service was given to rectify the defect of washing machine and charged Rs.220/- but no receipt ever given.Then another complaint regarding AC vide complaint no [protected] on 17/05/2010 was lodged .AC was taken to service center because starting of compressure was severely out of order and they charged Rs. 1400/-but no receipt given but AC didnot work.i made complaint again for same purpose on 06/09/2010. now your men again demanding money with the pretext they have changed compressure but not ready to give receipt thereof AC was purchased on 1/06/2006.Which is still under Warranty as it is 60 months in this ca se .                 Dear Sir/Mam.

                I have submitted my Samsung Mobile handset (5233A) at Samsung's authorized service center Electro Serve center (Work Order No. WA[protected]) dated 2nd April 10. As per the date committed by them was 12th April-10. Now when I called the samsung personal for knowing the update, they further given me a date of 19th April.10 but again when i visited the center on 19th April 10 they said parts are not available and you will get it by 25th April-10 ,the same is happening till date and I've not recieved my mobile yet... I tried to call Area sales Manager and he gave me a committment of 3rd May-10, but today is 5th May and still no response... Even as per the rules they didn't povided me a standby phone also.

                My request is to please take a strict action against these criminals and help me in getting my phone at the earliest.. If you can help then they should provide me the handset at zero cost..

                Please help...

                  I have recently bought an split ac from samsung. From the first day i was not kind of impressed with the product as it took some time to cool a very small room for its capacity 1.5 ltr. I initially thought, may be due to the weather then in bangalore, yes it was really hot!!!, its taking some time to cool. The days progressed, the weather got better but even then it is taking some time to cool and it drips a lot of water from the outdoor unit. I was kind of bothered and i have called up their cusomer care, this happened on april 13. They were nice and they told me that they will send an expert. One/two day (S) i received a call from their service guy asking for visit to my place, i asked him to visit my place after 6.00 pm, he said we would call me and visit after 6.00pm. But today being may 4, till now no one have visited my place yet in spite of my repeated calls to their customer care and their fake response of sending a guy or calling me back and loads of other. I know there should so many of people you have had a same experience as me. I would like make this a online petition. Please post your comments.

                  This is truly my experience with samsung customer care.in one word, it is very pathetic.

                  I am facing same problem and my complain no is [protected]. I have logged compalin on May 2 2010 after 1 week of purchase of split ac. Today is 08 May 2010 but no one has visited my place for solivng problem.My split AC is making some wierd sound. Samsung is worst please do not purchase it.

                  Samsung — Samsung split ac complaint (really sick of it)

                  before 3 months i buyed a new samsung split ac from one of the samsung dealer in faridabad sec- 16. then after completing the 2 months i called up that samsung dealer for the service, from that very day ac is leaking badly with water. i called up 50 times in the customer care but no one knows whats the problem. samsung people are so untrained now i came to know. they came n open the new ac atleast 20 times but without any proper result i m suffering. even one o[censored]r service man charge the amount also even the problem is from ur side, still water is leaking even we have paid the amount to him. n ac is properly in warrentee.today also one service man came, saw the ac n he also dnt know what happned to ac. are we people are so much free that will wait for the service man n still no positive result is there. forwardly i will never buy any samsung product as u people are much irresponsible n ur service persons are also.so untrained service people n no quality products. every time they use to come, see n use to say they dnt knw wht haapnd, n also says we have to move as we have to go further also, but what about this ac, man??????

                  please take any action soon, refund the amount or replace the ac, otherwise after getting so much dissatisfaction will move to consumer court, i hope u will take any action.

                  I purchased samsung Split AC of 1.5 Ton in the year of 2008. After one year, it was not cooling the room.Hence i called service engineer from the firm where i purchased the AC. He came and told that Shortage of Gas it was not working properly. Then I spent Rs.1000/- for servicing and filling the gas. Then next year also same thing was happened. Every year I am filling the gas. But nobody detecting the leakage of gas. Recently (24/04/2013) My Ac compresor was not working. I saw that the terminals of the compressor were burnt. For the pase 5 years i am struggling with this Samsung AC. Why this much problem only in Samsung ACs?.I didn't find any frequent problem in other Brands. Can you send a expert to check my AC.                     I have brought a new Samsung AC from Satya Agencies Medavakkam by Oct 2009. By the start of April 2010 i started facing problem with my AC and my complaint was registered after repeated calls on 20th April. And after a week Samsung service people inspected and informed me the compressor has gone fault and need to replace it. As this happened during the warranty period they promised me to replace it at free of cost. Even after one week they didnt even call me when they will be replacing it. After calling the customer care they promised service team people will call and inform when they will be replacing but havent received any calls from them so far. And after losing my patience made call to the customer service team on a daily basis and today they have given the service team manager number. And after long wait on call he started speaking as if i was disturbing their customer care team making calls everyday and that doesnt makes any difference. And now he says they dont have compressor to replace it and hence need to wait for some more time. Could some one please help me to deal with these people.

                    Samsung AC — AC Compressor replacement not given so far

                    Dear Sir,

                    Good Afternoon!

                    I have purchased a Samsung spilt AC from one of the dealer from Chennai dated on May 2010.

                    When the new unit reached to my home from dealer, before installing the machine the service person found that. The machine was not working; he realized that there is fault in outdoor Unit (Compressor).

                    Immediately I have called and informed the same with the dealer, after myself and the dealer had a discussion with the Samsung Service Manager (or Market Manager from Chennai).
                    The Samsung manager promised me to deliver the new outdoor unit in a month and they repaired the faulty (seems to be second hand unit) and installed it in my house. I believed their word and gave them Xerox copy of invoice bill of the machine.

                    Called them occasionally and reminded them on weekly basis, whenever I call and ask the status of the new compressor which they promised to give. Always they say like as “We will give you don’t worry”.

                    Till today I had contact with them, but no use. I suspect that they are trying to cheat me continuously. Please help me in this regard.

                      I had a problem with my Samsung E1410 mobile phone. The battery had some snag which resulted in very low backup as well as problems in receiving and delivering 'sms'es and calls. I reached for a Samsung service center at Bangalore and the service personnel identified that the battery was under a defect and since it falls within my warranty period, they would replace the same. Its been over 2 weeks now and they have still not replaced the battery and on inquiry they tell that no stock has arrived at their store. What baffles me is that, how can they expect someone to manage for 2 weeks without a mobile phone? All my work is in jeopardy and due to their negligence and irresponsibility, i'll have to buy another phone until they deliver the old one to me. This is o[censored]tter shame, Samsung being a world leader in electronic equipment should provide for better customer service and satisfaction. I hope my complaint is taken seriously and make amends for their behavior.

                            didnt received any resonse, even after 20 days when i again visited
                            to customer care they told that we donts have any complaint. again i
                            faced the same problenm i m continous visiting samsung service center
                            for last 45 days . they told me that there is some problem in cooling
                            coil and right now we dont have, there is shortage in company so
                            right we cant do anything, But after several reminders and calls at
                            at sevice center of samsung, But till date no such service is
                            provided from Samsung. I have been felt cheated and totally frustated.

                              This is a real frustrating experience with Samsung products.

                              This is our 2nd Samsung product and I wow never to buy any more Samsung products in my life and also make others aware.

                              We have a Semi Automatic Samsung washing machine.
                              Recently, the Timer knob was not working for 3 mins interval.
                              So, we called the Samsung call centre and registered for a technician visit. (case no: [protected]).

                              The technician came and in the process of replacing the knob, broke down the complete front timing system.
                              He left hastely and now since then, its about 25 days, when we call the Samsung Call Centre, they have only 1 thing to say "The parts are not available now".

                              My father who is a noted doctor in Goa have been visiting the Service centre in Margao (Goa) but they do not help.
                              I work for Wipro Technologies, Pune as IT professional and have spoken with Manoj Gupta (Senior person from Samsung Service Centre, Pune) and have called the call centre numerous times.

                              But, nothing seems to work.

                              Call Centre executives promise to escalate this and a call back.....again no one gets back.

                              My sincere appeal to my Customer friends looking forward for a new washing machine, pls do not look forward to any Samsung products.
                              If we in Wipro can be very sensitive and prompt towards our clients, why can't we get the same service for others?

                                Two month old Samsung AC- Split purchased from Kohinoor Electronics at Dadar.
                                Last week, suddenly lost the cooling and thereafter lsot power to it in one day itself.
                                Registered complaint on April 26th. Since then, their service centre is only equipped to TAKE down complaints and not react to complaint. Mr Vaibhav- Manager-service center is smart enough to AVOID all calls on his cell phone...whereas his staff is i guess smarter than him by not taking orders from him also.
                                Kohinoor says "not my problem". We requested Samsung to repalce AC which went down in just 2 months o[censored]sage.....they said NO!
                                So whats next....take a morcha to service center due to incompetancy of Mr Vaibhav to do his job right? No that is not what we educated people do.

                                Someone needs to take charge of Samsungs After Sales Service....Believe me...no one knows what to do! And we are here with two little kids in sweltering heat of 35 degree in mumbai 80% humiditiy!

                                SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — Poor service quality- No one is bothered

                                I bough my spilit AC from your kanpur dealer M/S Vishal Sales, Swaroop nagar. After Installation The AC is showing error E3 and is unable to run. I have register a complaint regarding this and my complained No: is [protected]. After several reminders nobody is taking care of it. i have talked with Mr Tejinder, Harish at your kanpur service center and they are saying that our person will visit today, tommorow but no one has come . Please take it seriously and resolve the problem. Otherwise i am getting a feeling that samsung will expires it warrantee like this only. It is giving me a lot of frustation that why i have selected Samsung.

                                SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — Servicing of AC

                                We bought a samsung split AC last year. We had to have a long struggle to get our second free service promssied by company. Now it is due for 3rd service. We have lodged the complaint on 12th Oct, ref no. [protected], which was not followed up, so recomplined and have since followed by email, phone calls atleast 25 times, till today we are waiting for it to be serviced.

                                Each time we are promissed that some one will come but no one comes. We are a fool to buy a product from Samsung, and stuck as it is India consumers don't get justice. I hope you can do something about this.

                                I have purchased a Kenstar Little cooler last year, and after few monhts it stopped working, till now no service provider has come for help.

                                When we call for service under warranty, we get response that the service man will visit your home shortly, but yet nobody is seen till now.

                                The product is not worth purchasing and after sale services are poor to 0.

                                I would not suggest to buy any kenstar products.

                                  I bought Samasung Window AC 1 year back from Vijay Sales. It was stated in the offer that initial 3 servicing will be free. Warranty for the AC expired just 7 days back. When we called the service centre compalining the cooling problem. their engineer stated that there is a Gas lickeage problem in the AC and I will be charged 2000 for the same and warranty for that will be only for 3 months.

                                  First of all if within 1 year of purchase of AC if there is a Gas lickeage, then surely I have been given a defective piece. Secondly I understand warranty expired 7 days back - why gas leakage problem was not highlighted when it was serviced during the warranty period. Thirdly what is the guarantee that after expiry of 3 months again there will be no Gas leakeage problem form the 4 th months onwards. For a AC worth 15000, these companies are forcing us for maintanence cost of[protected] a year and making fools of Indian public, we have never faced such problem with indian companies like voltas / godrej

I think they need to first get the right people on the job and then train them as well. they do not have managers at all if you ask for one then their managers have either gone for lunch or or they hangup. They hung up on me 8 times as they could not help me and answer my questions. They cannot understand or speak English. they talk rubbish half the time.

                                      that our refrigator is not cooling. an enginner came after a week or so and informed us to change the fan, its motor ans tand which were not working properly which we agreed as per his estimate given by him to us. He told us the parts shall be replaced withi 24 hours but till date no one has turned back. Now when we call cutomer care [protected] or [protected] or lacla nos[protected] / 40209932 no one first of all picks the phone for hours together to reply us and after a long hold for more than hours when someone picks up the phone to attend our complaint they are not known of the problem we are facing and after explaing them they tell us we will verify the porblem at higher authorities and call you back which they have never done and lastly they will tell us we donts have the parts with us which are required to be replaced from last 30 days which they indented from their head office but still not received. when we ask them which parts do we need to replace in our refrigerator they dont about that. When we get angry on them, they will just hang up the phone or will tell us that we shall call you back within 10 mins with your latest status about our problem.

                                      our refrigator is getting bad everyday and they are really not bothered to repair the same.

                                      We cannot offer a glass of cold water in this hot summer to any guest at our house from last one month due to negligence and poor and worst service to Samsung Service Sentre

                                      can some one help me out and ban this samsung so from sellig the appliances for which they cannot provide after sales service or can someone ask them to shut all their service stations and tell all customers that we dont provide any warranty guarantee or after sales service of the worst products made by SAMSUNG......

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have made a complaint to customer care that my refrigerator on 2nd April.'2010 model no. SS20WG2/XTL serila no. 719943cxb00057d that refrigartor and freezer both are not working and and colling is not there. A representative came and after inspection of the same told us the fan and motor and its stand needs to be replaced due which colling is not there in freezer and refrigator for which we agreed as per the estimate given by them. We were assured that within 2 days the parts will be changed and our refrigerator will start working as earlier. but till date no one has turned back or called us back.our complaint no is [protected] registered with them. when we try calling customer care i.e. [protected] or 30308282 they keep us on hold for more than hours together and when they pick up the phone they give us the local nos i.e. 40209900 / 40209932 which again shows helplessness to get our work done due to non availibity of the parts needed to be changed. we were once told that samsung service centre have received the parts and shall replace them within 24 hours, but when they didn't turned back on our return call they have only one reply...no parts available and we are sorry for that. we have using this refrigator from last one month without any colling in it due to non availibity of parts at the end of service centre from last 30 days and in this summer season all our groceries and vegetables and fruits etc and all other eatble getting rotten due to poor colling of refrigator and worst and poor service from samsung service centre.....SAMSUNG IS THE WORST CO. TO GIVE AFTER SALES SERVICE.........ITS SERVICE CENTRE IS USELESS AND THIS COMPANY SHALL BE BANNED TO SELL ANY OF ITS ELECTRONIC APLLIANCES AS THEY DONT HAVE A SERVICE CENTRE PROPER SERVICE TO REPAIR THE APPLIANCE ...........I M TIRED
                                        OF SAMSUNG REFRIGATOR......I CANNOT OFFER A GLASS OF COLD WATER ALSO IN THIS SUMMER DUE TO POOR AND WORST SERVICE OF THE SERVICE CENTRE OF SAMSUNG....

                                        PLEASE HELP ME AND DO SOMETHING TO FINE SUCH POOR SERVICE PROVIDERS...
